While we enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to rent (or use if unit owned) a lounge and umbrella at the beach.

From the very first contact we had with the management company was amazing. Everyone we dealt with from booking to checking in was so friendly and helpful. We loved the condo so much that we decided to add a day and they went over and beyond to assist us and gave us discounts for our final night stay. Top notch staff. The condo was even better than we expected. So clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing from the 11th floor and to be able to walk out the door to the beautiful beach was so nice. The elevators were somewhat slow but we dealt with it as everything else made up for that slight inconvenience. We will definally be coming back and hopefully able to stay at this specific condo again for annual girls trips. A+++++ for the entire vacation.

Great Place to stay!!

Start to finish was very easy. Booking and checking in. Loved the secured parking and security on site. View was amazing. The condo was exactly as described. Four star condos answered all our questions about the rental very quickly and politely. It was our first time in Panama. We will definitely be back again and use this rental company again.

My overall stay was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items and all around great. The view was breath taking. The only issue we had while staying was the long waits for the elevators, by the end of our stay we learned what times were best to take the elevators and when not to. All in all it was a wonderful trip and I wouldn’t mind coming back next year.

Our condo was everything we expected. It was clean and well kept. The only complaint I have are the elevators. They are very slow. Everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was everything I wanted and more ! The condo was very specious for 3 people, very clean , and had everything we needed . The view was amazing . If I could we would have moved in and stayed forever. Four Star Condo services were amazing as well . I would book with them again !The only thing that I didn't like was the long wait for the elevators but we adjusted just fine. Make sure that you pack your car for that days events because the wait could last up to 35 min.

Tidewater was a beautiful condo! No problems except getting an elevator was a challenge!

We had the best time. We spent two full days on the beach just drinking in the views and enjoying playing in the surf! One day we drove to a nearby breakfast/brunch restaurant named Crackers. The banana fosters french toast was divine and there was a great live band--at breakfast! Everyone at the condo were so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Tidewater except for the elevators. One was broken leaving the rest to hoist a HUGE Labor Day Crowd. Sometimes we got lucky, but the majority of times we waited 15-45 minutes to catch the elevator. We were on the 11th floor. Maybe at another time of the year, the elevators wouldn't be an issue. But all in all, we did have a fabulous stay!

great condo, beautiful decorated and very comfortable. however elevator waits were terrible, especially during ckeckin times. and two of the three pools were down for maintenance the whole stay.

We arrived on Monday late afternoon and enjoyed a wonderful view from the balcony as the sun set and we ate the meal we had brought with us to prepare in the well stocked kitchen. If we had never left the condo it would have been a great break for us, but experiencing the beach, the ocean and local sites and restaurants was a special three days!

Clean, spacious, within walking distance to Pier Park.

This is a wonderful place to relax. The condo was super clean. The beds were all comfortable. Yes, the elevators were sloe, but it's a vacation spot so it's expected. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Overall very satisfied. Condo was nice and clean, could use a little updating on décor but it was fine. If I had to list a few things, there were no instructions as to what was expected before departure, we just did the normal routine from other condos we've stayed. The balcony furniture needs to be painted and the cushions replaced, I would not sit on them with stuffing coming out of them. We never did figure out the bedroom TV and how to get the satellite connected to it, some instructions would be nice.
The biggest issue was the elevators, the wait time is horrible. Even with these issues, I feel it is priced well and would return. One huge plus, the cleaning staff found a ring and earring that I left and turned it in, I thought that was amazing, therefore, I will be using Four Star Condo Services for my next trip.

This room was very clean and the cookware, dishes, and utensils provided was just outstanding! You literally could cook any meal in this kitchen, but also all the nice and famous restaurants are located close by. The view from the room is spectacular and the beach is very well kept and clean. We will definitely be staying here again and specifically this room if available!

My wife and I rented one of your condos Oct 29 - Nov 1. It was beautiful! Clean, nicely furnished, great view! We will definitely rent from FourStar again next year!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great property. Friendly, helpful staff. Super location. Our only complaint was with the elevators. They took way too long even when it was not peak times of the day. Very frustrating. Thankful we were not higher than the 11th floor. Everything else was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Condo was perfect, the view from the 11th floor was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I had a great vacation. Due to social distancing we spent our time in the condo. Luckily we could still enjoy the sun and the ocean views from the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo!! They provided things other places we’ve stayed did not. (Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher power, extra blankets and sheets.) Beautiful place and staff was very helpful! Access to the beach was convenient and security measures made us feel safe! We will definitely be coming back to stay at this location again!! Very disappointed with elevator service. Took sometimes 20 minutes before was able to get on. Rental was very nice, did have maintenance issues but were took care of very quickly!

I liked the condo and location but not enough elevators for a building this tall. Waiting sometime is ok BUT NOT EVERY TIME. I will not be back.

I recommend this condo rental. The condo was clean and had more spare than appear in the photos. In addition the two bathrooms are needed with a family of 4. Other reviews commented on slow elevators, however we did not have to wait long for elevators.

There was security personnel and cameras and security gates, but none caused a problem or inconvenience to us at all. I love the fresh smell through out the complex. And even though the parking garage is across the street, we found this to be a very easy walk. And the elevator speed was fast. The condo exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, perfectly furnished, and had nice deco. Due to previous reviews expected to have problems with the couch but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was updated and new.

Property was generally clean. The unit did need updating. the bedroom was on the road side so even on the 11th floor road noise and the noise of people walking down the breezeway was a problem. The internet was extremely slow and almost useless for downloads from items such as bluetooth cameras. The locality to pier point and restaurants was good. Overall value was not bad considering the price of other properties.

The condo was nice but I had paid for early check-in & late checkout. Ast 1pm our condo wasn't ready as promised but I was given a refund of $50. The elevators were a HUGE problem. We had too wait 30 minutes on the elevators most of the time. If there were people checking in or out there would be a long line & a long wait. This issue wasn't fixed during our stay & many people said it was a common problem. That was really the only mark on our stay. We were on the 11th floor with a baby so the stairs were not an option going up or down with all the baby paraphernalia.

My overall stay was good. We had good weather and made good memories. The only problem that we had was that our TVs only showed one channel each and after the first night, the TV in the bedroom showed no channels.
Everything that we needed to prepare meals was in the condo. The condo was clean and even had extra beach towels. The association needs to analyze the beach chair situation. We paid $45 for beach chair rental for the day on the front row only to have people come and set up their own personal chairs directly in front of you. That defeats the purpose. There should be a separate area for personal beach chairs and umbrellas. That was truly a waste of money. I couldn't have eye contact with my son because of them. Other than that, I would recommend this condo and property to any of my family and friends. We will be back again.

Overall the property was as described & as reflected in the pictures. Unit was clean and offered most ammenities. Remote to change cable to TV in living room was nowhere to be found. Had to use the remote from the bedroom TV. The balcony french door was difficult to open and the latch didn't want to lock. Elevators were a bit of a nightmare. We often waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Aside from this we really enjoyed our stay. View was gorgeous! We love PCB & loved the location of Tidewater.

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The living area faced the ocean and the balcony was wonderful to sit and relax with views of the beautiful ocean. The couch in the living area could use some upgrading. It was uncomfortable to sit on as a sleeper sofa can be when they become older. Overall, we loved the condo. The elevators at the resort were very busy. We waited 30 minutes at times to get on the elevator. The beach area at the resort was very crowded. I will avoid the larger resorts on a return trip to Panama City. There is just not enough beach space for that many people to find a spot to enjoy the beach.
