Horizon 201 Bldg 60

Service staff was friendly. Dresser drawers in extra bedroom would not open. Freezer ice maker bin was broken. The following were an issue but was handled when called service quickly: Missing kitchen towels, main TV broken and wasps outside of front door. There was a water main had broken and the water was shut off when arrived. It would have been nice to had been notified of the issue.

It was a wonderful experience. From the balcony you could see the ocean. The beach was within walking distance, which was convenient.
Will recommend this place to anybody, and will return again soon. Thanks

Cozy apartment with a big balcony overlooking a small pond with turtles. The apartment is in the first building from the ocean, so you have a nice ocean view from the balcony and living room.

Dirty dishes furniture with door hanging off food in cabinets(not ours) food left in refrigerator dishwasher was nasty. Found roaches. Called n said something twice n nothing was done about any of it

It was a great distance from the beach and had everything i was looking for

The view of the ocean was beautiful from the large patio which also overlooked the pond where dozens of friendly little turtles like to greet you. My grandchildren loved this. The short walk to the beach was easy. The residents in this complex are very friendly and informative. Being able to access the complex from 98 or Front Beach Road was a plus also. The condo itself had a great layout with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of room for our family. The ONLY complaint we had was communication with Four Star which was horrible. We had a few issues that needed to be discussed the major one was not being able to access the WiFi. We called both numbers and left voice mails and NEVER got a response for the 3 days we were there. The living room blinds were broken so we weren't able to close them at night. The recliner was broken so we didn't sit in it and the ceiling fan in the living room was on high when we arrived and was wobbling to the point it looked like the globe was going to fall off. We just kept it on low. Again these were not major deal breakers however when your instructions are to report any issues as soon as you arrive and you try and you NEVER get a call back, it is frustrating. Overall, it was a great vacation and I would recommend it to others, hopefully they have better luck getting in touch with management.

We always liked staying at Horizon South. Condo is just steps away from the beach. Condo is outdate with things starting to break, e.g. door knobs in the bathrooms constantly falling off. Also not sure how much cleaning was done before we arrived, since there was standing water in the jet tub, floors not clean. The only way I could get a hold of anyone is leave a vm and call was returned only few days later. We end up washing everything and doing laundry. Still love the location and size of the condo.

The condo was great. Good location, passable amenities. 2 small roaches joined us for our stay.

This condo was exactly what we needed! Even though it’s across the street, you could still see the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The condo was pretty spacious and had plenty of room for us. It was gated which I liked because it was so busy down there at the time and traffic couldn’t cut through. It was also nice and quiet which is hard to find this time of year. There was no hassle arriving or departing and they were fantastic about contacting us about an issue with an appliance that happened before we arrived and quickly fixed it. I would definitely recommend this place and this rental company!

We stayed here during a last minute trip to Panama City Beach. The condo was better than expected. We did not think you could see the beach from the patio, but you can see it through an opening in the tree line. The lake behind the condo had tons of turtle so it was fun to watch them sun bathe. The property is across the street from the beach as described. We enjoyed the roommate style bedrooms for added privacy. The toilets are very small and low to the ground and the "jacuzzi" tub is outdated and the shower head seemed really cheap but it got the job done and kept us clean :) I would stay here again

We had a very enjoyable time here. Condo was clean and quiet. A few things were a miss , but no big deal. I.E the ice maker in the refrigerator was broker and there was a few scuffs in the walls and the washer wouldn’t come of the spin cycle .But again no big deal. We will definitely be staying here again.

After a 12-hour drive it was wonderful to rest in a clean condo with freshly laundered sheets and comfortable beds! The view from the balcony was beautiful and my favorite sot to relax and watch the turtles in the pond. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pools. Great restaurants close by with lots of shopping. When I needed an extra parking permit the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again no doubt. Didn’t want to leave.

The room was very clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, AC was cold and the view from the balcony was excellent. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate like we wanted it to but hey welcome to Florida.

We were very satisfied with our rental. The amenities, location and layout was exactly as described.
We did face a couple of things that could be improved on. Instead of receiving information on a direct check-in, we had to go to the office to get the information that they failed to e-mail. It was not a serious problem but was an inconvenience after a 9 hour drive. Also we were told that our wrist bands would be in the condo but they were not. One of our bathrooms had not been cleaned properly or at all. We called the office about both of these problems and received help very fast. So overall, our stay was great.

1. Washing machine was leaking on the floor.
2. Exhaust fans were dusty/dirty.
3. Kitchen sink needs a new aerator.
4. Livingroom needs blinds that work and close for privacy.
5. Ceiling fans were dusty/dirty.
6. Dust and dirt under and behind furniture.
7. Beach sand under all furniture cushions
8. Mildew on showerheads.
9. Windows will not lock.
10. Unit needs a deep cleaning.

Everything was just as expected. Wonderful condo. Great for dogs and families with kids. Just a very short walk to the beach.

We really had a great time. It was easy to find and convenient to everything. We checked in with the code. The condo appeared clean and fresh smelling. Furniture was a little dated, but extremely comfortable. Beds were good. Kitchen was great, could use a few more appliances and dishes, but we made do. Two baths made clean up from beach and pools easy for our party of five. Beach was a short walk across the street, and we had four pools to choose from in our gated complex. Shuffleboard was fun, but no reprieve from the hot sun. We took breaks to cool off in the pool and enjoyed both.
Our unit came with washer and dryer, but the washer had a leak. Management was very responsive when I called it in. Overall, we would return again. Very comfortable and felt safe the whole time we were there. Great place for family and very pet friendly. Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Unit is very Close to the beach, tile floors, very quiet although it is near the entrance gate. Pet friendly.

The condo is spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The layout is a little backwards but was totally fine with us. There are two bedrooms, one with a full ensuite. The smaller bedroom with the ensuite is the nicest as it is out front with the balcony and terrific view. The Master bedroom is in the back and has a king sized bed and lots of closest space but uses the main bathroom. There is a set of bunkbeds in the hall but we only used it for storage. Great setup if you have kids. There were lots of dishes, pots and pans so you need nothing in this regard. We have two small Carin Terriors and the balcony was great for them to do surveillance of the main gate. Lots of comings and goings to the beach there so if you like to people watch it is a great location. The only negative would be that the older white counter top and mirror backsplash should be replaced as they are showing their age. There was also very little patio furniture and what was there is at end of life. Otherwise the place was great. The AC unit was replaced while we were there so that is brand new and quiet.

Very pleased with condo and location of condo! Everything as described and we had a great time.

We arrived at the rental and were a little confused on where to go to check in. Until finally we just decided to go to the actual rental and unpack. The place was decently clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was that the floor and some of the furniture were sandy. Honestly it didn't even bother me just thought it was worth a mention. The location was right at the beach so it was awesome being able to walk to and from the beach if you wanted to to.

This was an amazing place! Everyone was nice, plenty of things to do on site! It had a nice view and within good walking distance for my family and small children.

This has been our second time staying in this unit. Never been disappointed. Clean and up to date. Ocean view from large second floor balcony.
I love that I can bring my dog on vacation with me.

We spent over 2 months here and we loved it. The location was great, the view was very nice. It is close to whatever we needed. The complex has a great Snow Bird Club with lots of activities

Upon arrival there were no armbands and office not open to get the ot parking pass. Scared to death until we got our parking pass 3 days later. Management office on property at horizon south...hmmm..Lester very abrasive man. Apparently from talking with 13 different people at the pool he clearly is unliked. Our condo wasnt clean whatsoever. Apparently the girl who was supposed to clean was fired as we spent 2 and 1/2 Days of our stay bleaching and cleaning. Moved all furniture to middle of room. Vaccuumed furniture, washed walls, windows, all woodwork, and cleaned up black dog hair which was a wal mart bag full. The oven wouldnt work. Sparks flew out the back. It was repaired next day. Other than that we had fantastic time!

The Unit I rented was in a great location. Overview the Ocean and Sunsets from your large Balcony. With the 2 Bedrooms and Bathrooms you have plenty of space. Everything provided for you just bring your suitcase.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bld 60-201. No better view and you can't find a quicker unit to the beach than 60-201. We called the condo services for housekeeping issues and they quickly sent out assistance. We will stay here in the future!

Location is good. Condo is nice but in need of a good cleaning. Floors were dirty, food under chair, an inch or so of dust on all the ceiling fans and air vents. The oven was broke so we could not use it. When we called about a few other things they were quick to send someone out to replace missing light bulbs however the stove couldn't be fixed because they had to order a part. Check in was a little frustrating, you need a code to get in the gate. Also you need wristbands to use the pool etc which we were not advised of. It was difficult to find anyone at the clubhouse to get pool sticks or to play putt putt so we never were able to play. When we returned I emailed the rental agency Fourstars several times before getting a response. I would have appreciated a quicker response and acknowledgement of my concerns.

We had a graet time on our vacation and we stayed here in 2015 as well. I highly recomend it to evryone, a great value for the money. Also the view is great on the back deck of the ocean as well as the frog pond. Myself and my kids could stay out their forever. We had alot of room and also the pools were great. We had a wonderful time.
