WINTER SPECIAL we can lock-out bedrooms to meet the needs of our guest while still getting the benefit of the huge living area and balcony.
Ocean Ritz is a 66 unit condo giving you all the space and none of the hassle associated with the three, four or five hundred unit buildings. Parking is assigned by unit and we have purchased two SPACES! No more scrambling around for a parking spot.

At Ocean Ritz there is plenty of room to spread out on Panama City Beaches' trademark sugar white sandy beaches and crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. At the end of the day enjoy the wonderful steam room, sauna or hot tub or do some cardiovascular work while watching TV in our workout room. With two high speed elevators getting to your unit or where ever you want to go you will be able to get there in a hurry without competing with 700 other guests for the elevators!

    Our family had an amazing stay in ocean ritz 1303. The location was wonderful, the balcony was the biggest I have ever saw in a vacation rental. The condo was spacious enough for 3 families to stay in comfortably. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area very much! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a family vacation in Panama City beach!

    Four star condo people have been nothing but helpful above and beyond !! They were attentive to our every question and need. The condo for over $3000!!! Was kinda run down the double bed bathroom was gross around the toilet , that ceiling fan light won't turn off ! Had to unscrew the light bulb at night !! Was missing some smoke alarms , generally smelled bad , needed lights bulbs around a few places , shower rod screws we not right ! Ceiling plaster coming down , dryer lint trap was messed up ,the chest of drawers in the bunk room will fall apart soon we did not even touch it ! It's scary !! Pool closes way too early ! and you need a 13x9 pan ... the size was great , parking was a bonus !

    The rental was large enough to fit 13 people including kids. Spacious and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The concrete floors were a good idea with all the sand, although I would suggest a few well placed rugs beside the beds to help keep the sand out of the beds. The ceiling seemed to having a problem with pieces falling down over the first night of our stay. However, I called and let 4 stars know and they advised someone would look at it, they did not come while we were staying but i assume that is due to not wanting to disturb us. The door was the only other concern, as it did not have an internal lock to keep growing kids from randomly going out the door themselves, we just ended up putting a cooler in front of the door at night to keep the kids from getting out. Overall the stay was nice, and weather was fantastic while we were there, I would stay in this condo again.

    Had an awesome vacation! The condo had plenty of space for 10!
    Could use a few improvements- bedroom dressers were basically unusable. They are cheap and most drawers didn't work.
    Another problem- PARKING!! Very small spaces and had a hard time parking our trucks...
