Four Star was very helpful and accommodating, especially with early check in! Condo was very clean and well supplied

We love 101 A. This is the second time we have stayed here. I will say I liked it more the first time bc there were less rules but still overall satisfied. We had trouble with the air and a fire alarm battery dying. I called the property manager and they were there immediately to resolve the issues. Phone call updates were made through the entire process. Never once was we disappointed.

The condo was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and pool. Very clean with all the necessities. Thank you for the memories!

The condo was beautifully decorated! Beautiful view to the beach and pool area! Summerhouse is a great place to stay, very clean and the staff is so nice and do not bother you. They let you enjoy your stay. We felt very safe! Family friendly

Cons-master bath tub stopped up , maintenance took care of it , the couch and live seat had a lot of drains on them , they need cleaned , we put a sheet over each of them to set on them.

This condo was nice, but needed some attention in a couple areas. 1st both the couch and love seat where stained and just looked nasty and the 2nd thing was the tub/shower drained super slow. So while showing you would be standing in couple inches of water. Other than these 2 issues the condo was overall nice.

My family spent 4 days at SUMMER HOUSE in Panama City & had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice & had a great ocean view. We are planning a trip back next year & hope to stay in the same condo. Our host, Four Star Condo Services, was quick to respond to our inquiries. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

We’ve stayed at Summerhouse 101A twice and have not been disappointed. The description of the property was accurate, staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire resort is clean and well kept. We’ve recommended this unit and the resort to all our friends.
We plan to have a standing reservation to come back every year.

This was our first stay at this complex. A little older but very nice. The three tower units are at angles giving the pool area some much needed shade in the morning. The staff was very nice and the complex was kept very clean. The guests were a nice mix of older and younger and all were great people.
As for this unit. It was clean upon arrival.There could be some upgrades made. The master beadroom blinds need to be replaced . Unless you get up every day at 6am. The kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. They are old and not in great shape..The T.V.s worked but there all like 8 inch..All in all the unit worked well. That first floor was a great bonus. Just hit the stairs for 1 floor.
The beach guy was great and had chairs and umblelas set up each day for us at a very resonable rate.
i would stay in this unit again.

The view is breathtaking from the condo! The kids had a wonderful time at the beach, which was easy to access and not much of a walk. The condo was clean and everything was working great! We even received a call ahead of time that the people before us did a little damage, but they would have it taken care of before we arrived. They definitely did! We were very impressed at the cleanliness and customer service! Will definitely be going back again! Great place for a family friendly vacation!

Other than Summerhouse's front office staff being very unhelpful, our stay was great! The condo was super clean and very well stocked. All we really had to bring was our clothes and food. There were plenty of cooking utinsel, pots,bowls, etc..and even beach chairs and a fan in the closet.This condo is on the 1st floor and right beside the stairwell, so we had the option of taking the elevator from ground to 1st, or the quicker route, of the stairs.We mostly took the stairs because there is only 1 elevator in the whole building and took forever. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and love the location of Summerhouse!

Overall the place was nice. Disappointed not on bottom floor especially since we searched for that.

The condo was very nice and roomy. The front bedroom could use some black out curtains in the afternoon. That room was very hot because of the sun and the blinds didn't shade it well enough. Other than that everything was great.

First time to stay at Summerhouse. Very nice. LOVED the room. Easy access and didn’t have to use elevators to much since it was on the 1st floor-def a plus during covid. Room was adorable, nicely decorated, very clean. Updated with tile showers, nice floors, fully stocked kitchen. Pool was nice, grounds kept up. Check-in was easy. Front desk people were not extremely helpful since we did not rent directly from them but property management took care of issue with parking pass and arm bands since front seat did not. Would def love to rent this condo again. The beach is the best in the fall. Nice trip with me and my kids.

This was a wonderful and pleasant experience! The rental was exactly as was shown in the pictures. The view of the ocean front was beautiful and we were right by the pool as well, the hot tub wasn’t working when we got there, however on the by the 3 rd day it was in full working order though! Everything we may have needed was At our disposal. We hope to come and stay here in the future!

This condo was exactly like the pictures! View was incredible, there was 6 of us from 52 to 10 and we all loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in room 101A. It was a beautiful, well appointed unit. It was comfortable and safe.

The condo was in a wonderful location! We normally stay in the middle of everything but it was super nice to be away from the hustle of the night life in PCB. The condo was super clean. Pictures on VRBO are 100% accurate. Loved they had beach chairs for our use. Only thing we didn't love was the construction going on downstairs but it wasn't terrible. Parking was great! Loved that we didn't have to pay for a parking pass or cross the street just to get to the car. We will be staying here again!

The condo was nice & clean when we arrived. There were plenty of pots, pans, & utensils in the kitchen. I loved the chairs on the balcony. The only issue we had all week was that the lights in the kitchen were too dim which made it hard to see sometimes. I just used the light from the microwave to help. We would definitely stay there again. There was also quite a bit of construction going on at the complex due to hurricane repairs but they were quiet & didn’t bother us in any way.

I have stayed at the summerhouse in the past. This was the first time using 4 Star Condo services, and was very surprised. If I had an issue with the Unit the were right on top of it. If they didn't get to my call I was getting a call a few minutes later.

The view from this unit was amazing. We loved looking out over the pools & ocean and enjoying our coffee every morning. We love Summerhouse!

We loved our stay at Summer House 101A! This property is newly renovated and the floorplan is well thought out. The East end of PCB location (some distance from the strip) was perfect for us. We wanted a smaller development, beach front property that included a pool and had in-unit washer/dryer and this place ticked all those boxes plus more. The development's landscaping was great as were the other guests/staff.

Unfortunately, we encountered a maintenance issue mid-stay. Four Star was quick to address it and made plans relocate us to a different PCB property for the remainder of our visit. Between the two Four Star properties we stayed in, Summer House was by far our preference! We would absolutely recommend Summer House 101A to family & friends.

The Summerhouse Condos was a great location to the beach. We had three children that loved the two pools. The condo was clean and large enough to accommodate our group of six. We have a couple of issues with Four Star rental service. I booked the condo about two months before the trip and had pay the entire cost up front. I mention this because when we arrived after several hours driving, the front desk said they did not have our paperwork. The person on the front desk called Four Star and the paperwork was faxed so we could check in. The second issue with Four Star agency was we were locked out of our room a day early and the keys had to be reactivated at the front desk. I asked the person on the front desk why this happened and was told Four Star was responsible. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the condo which were minor problems. Maintenance man Lonnie came and corrected the problems. He was very professional and polite.

Prior to our arrival I received a call regarding our stay, that something had messed up in our condo. I was happy to hear they had taken care of us by upgrading our stay to another room and provided extra ammenties. Very good customer service and we had a great stay.

The condo balcony provides one of the best views of the ocean and the two pools that one could hope for. The condo is conveniently located close to the beach--just take the elevator to the ground floor lobby and it is a 2 minute walk from there. There is a southern exposure which means the sun sweeps across the balcony from about 12 noon to 5 p.m. It is a first floor unit--either take the elevator or climb one flight of steps. The interior of the condo is dated, in need of updates. There are two beds (full size and single) crowded into the smaller, second bedroom. As a result of the crowned space it is difficult to get to the closet space. Also, these beds are very uncomfortable--in need of being replaced. There is no lock on the sliding door to the balcony, which was at first a concern. The condo, though, seemed to be very safe to stay--mostly retirees and families staying there. The second bathroom has a ledge behind it preventing both the toilet cover and seat from staying up unassisted. The washer and dryer work great. The kitchen is small, minimally equipped. A maintenance person came by to replace the smoke detector and told me he had entered the unit the day before to examine it when I was not there. There was no advance notice of this - all a bit unsettling. Overall it was a nice experience.

Summerhouse Office did not have our reservation info & we had to call Four Star to straighten out which delayed checking in by half an hour. Our Condo appeared to be clean but then I looked down at the rug around the toilet in the master bath & saw someone's toenail clippings. That was pretty yuck. It made me wonder just how thoroughly they clean.
The condo was otherwise acceptable for the price and we enjoyed staying there
