Tidewater 2502

I recently stayed at this rental that I found to be quite nice. The unit was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the cleanliness and roominess of the rental. We chose this condo because of the number of beds and bathrooms and it worked perfectly for us. Parking was so easy and the beach space was plentiful despite being such as large building.
I would easily stay here again!

Condo was very accommodating for our large group. Management was very friendly. Only complaint we had was during peak times the elevator wait time was high but we spoke to an owner who lived there and was told they are in the process of getting upgrades. Would stay here again after elevators are updated.

FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS AT CHECK IN. I WAS SUPPOSE TO FILL OUT SOME KIND OF FORM ON LINE THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL I TRIED TO CHECK IN. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ADDED TO ANOTHER CHARGE THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY BEFOR THROUGH VRBO. THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH SOLVING THIS PROBLEM. DEFONATELY CHECK YOUR EMAIL BEFOR STAYING HERE OR GOING THROUGH 4 STAR .

Great only complaint was elevators.. long wait.. and double red flags but no one could change that

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place was lovely and very clean. View from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. Only thing was there was not enough pillows and the one's we did have were not comfortable. All in all I would stay here again.

The unit and the facility was spot on. The condo was perfect size for a group of 10. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the dolphins swim. I picked this unit because 2 of the bedrooms had 2 full size beds in each room. We loved everything about our stay. Would defiantly recommend and stay again.

Always love staying at Tidewater when in PCB! All the amenities you will need, right on the beach! Nice to be able to get food, essentials, beach toys, and adult beverages without having to leave the resort! Not gonna break your bank to stay here and your family will thank you! Awesome stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort. Beautiful accommodations with balcony views for miles of the Gulf. We watched the sunset every night from our perch on Floor 25! Great communication with Four Star which included an easy check-in/check-out. Wrist bands to access the many amenities (beach, pools, hot tubs, movie theatre, exercise room) made everything so efficient. The elevators were prompt in February. We can't say enough about our wonderful stay.

It was a very nice rental.

The floors and counters through out condo were dirty. Mosts of the dishes that we used we had to wash because there was dried food stuck to them. There was dried toothpaste in one of the bathrooms sinks.

The location of the condo was great. The staff that we dealt with were great. the only thing that we really had an issue with was the cleanliness.

It was a great trip and a great condo! Although we did have a few problems with the air conditioner but other than that it was great and very clean! The elevator wait took a while to get anywhere but it was great

The elevator outside our door made it easier to get to the from thee lower levels.
We will deal with Four Star for as long as we are able to come back to Florida. The Crew; Harry, Whitney and Lee were easy to deal with and they treated us like family. If we had a problem, Lonnie, the maintenance person, was there ASAP.
PCB has great restaurants, parks and lots of other things to do and enjoy. It also has Pier Park which is one of the best shopping centers around.

short because of the Coronavirus problem, however, we are hopefully looking forward to coming back next year.

Overall, we enjoyed the condo 2502 at Tidewater. The condo was beautiful and plenty spacious enough for 2 families. We ran into a small issue--shortage of armbands for the resort, but 4 Star was great about fixing our issue in a timely manner. The view was perfect! I would just advise any future guests to be prepared for long elevator waits. That was the only downside of being on the 25th floor. But we would happily stay here again. It was a great week!
