Splash 1204 E

Absolutely loved Splash Resort. It’s perfect for families and it has everything you need! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. The views from the condo were breathtaking. Thank you, for having the complimentary beach service chairs and umbrella! The condo was as described, it had everything you’d need for the amount of days we stayed. Only complaint I have is the tan line the wrist band left me lol :)

The rental process w/ this company was very easy. We stayed in 1204 E at Splash. Nice unit, perfect size for our family of three. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The only complaint we have is that the couch & love seat are not very comfortable and hard to get up out of. Splash is great community especially for little kids. While we enjoyed our stay, we probably will not rent at Splash again as it’s just not our cup of tea. This is not bad reflection on the condo we rented or the company we rented from. The property was very noisy even late at night and that was a huge drawback for us.

This was our first time to PCB and to Splash, and we will not be returning. The unit was ok, there were several issues that FourStar addressed and fixed immediately. I was very impressed by FourStar! The unit had everything we needed and a gorgeous view! There were stains on the couch and unsightly bug traps left out in the open. It’s the Splash property and PCB itself that we aren’t impressed with. There was trash everywhere, kids in the adult only hot tub, and people without armbands. I never saw a Splash employee and therefore no one to enforce the rules. For such a beautiful place, it’s very disheartening to see it trashed.

The only issue we had was the first night. A bug(silverfish) was in the bed. Management n maintenance staff came the next morning to change out the bedding. They also placed some bug traps. After that no issues. N enjoyed our stay.

In the words of our kids, " best spring break ever"! This is our first time using four star condo services, the ladies were so incredibly kind a d helpful.This was our third stay at Splash...and we absolutely love them! Heated pools, snack bar, lazy river, and dump bucket! Beachfront is seconds away from sand!

Prefect location! Nice and quite and relaxing.
However... when entering the condo it had a very odd smell that never went away. After unpacking i noticed that my 3yr olds feet were black on the bottom... she had shoes on the entire time expect for when we were in the condo. When we went to lay down we noticed sand all over the bedsheets- no one had been in the bed yet, it was also in the bunk bed as well. So we took the sheets off and washed them. The air was barely working in the living room- NO the door was not open. We did go buy a mop and cleaning supplies because the floor was disgusting and mopped it ourselves. I did not come on vacation to clean the condo that should’ve been cleaned prior to my arrival. Also, the master bathrooms shower was clogged so while trying to shower you’re standing in water because the drain was clogged... if it was not for the amenities i would never stay there again!

Perfect set-up for our family of four. We loved all the amenities of this unit/complex. Beach access was excellent, fitness center was nice and the sprawling pool area was great, especially for younger kids. The condo unit was clean and well equipped; the view from the balcony was heavenly! Only down side was the elevators, which seems to be a common issue to most condo complexes in the area. The wait for an elevator during certain times of the day was extensive. Also the parking garage elevator was out of service when we arrived, which made move-in challenging. Location was a little far out on the west end of PCB, but that also meant less headaches with traffic/congestion. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are ready to start planning the next visit.

By the way, I highly recommend renting through 4 Star Condo Services!! They are nice folks and communicated with us a few times before our stay to make sure everything was taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. All we had to do for the chairs is go to the little hut that is right there when you get on the beach and tell them your room number and name and when you are checking out. This was our third stay at Splash because our kids love the pool and water slides and it is in a great location in PCB. Not far from Pier Park and popular restaurants.

We stayed in 1204E for 4 days 3 nights, the condo was great we cooked supper every night in the kitchen. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom has the softest pillows and bed, it’s like sleeping on a cloud! Splash is just one of those condominiums that have you coming back this was our second stay at splash and it did not disappoint the grill and bar has amazing food and they kids loved their sno cones! Beach service was great as well! Highly recommend this condo as we are going to book it again in the future the view is amazing! Clean, comfy, had everything we needed for a family of 3. Condo was very spacious and could hold a bigger family but was perfect for us.

Our stay was in July 2022. The Condo was very clean. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced as it is very worn. Otherwise we had a great stay. The Refrigerator was not cooling correctly and the ice machine in freezer was broke. Maintenance came out immediately to try to fix but never did get cold enough.

Our little family had the best time over the 4th of July staying here. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was super clean! We also loved that it included beach chairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect!

The the condo was nice the living area sitting area wasn't very comfortable and wasn't very clean but overall everything else was nice

We had a wonderful stay with Four Star Condo rentals. They were super helpful, and gave us all the information we needed to know about our unit, far in advance of our arrival, which I feel like better prepared is for our stay. We did the early check in, which I think is a great move, after seeing what a mess it is to get in during regular check in times. The unit is exactly as described. Was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Nice unit! Everything was just as pictured! Kitchen could use a little updating with utensils but really not a big deal.
