The condo was exactly as it was advertised. It was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and two teens. We had plenty of space. We didn't use many dishes but appeared to be plenty of kitchen needs available. The view was spectacular. The balcony had plenty of space and seating. Bathrooms equipped fine. Water pressure was fine. No issue with elevators. Both pools were cold, neither heated and one of the days the indoor pool was closed completely but that's not the condo owner's fault. Property management company provided excellent customer service and communication. Would rent again.

We had stayed in a similar unit at Tidewater a few years back so knew the layout and location would be great. The condo was very clean and had all necessary items. It would have been helpful to know all the great accessories the condo offers: blender, crock pot (we brought a crock pot thinking the condo wouldn't have one), and even had cups from the Tiki Bar so that those staying can get discounted drinks when they're used. They also had several outdoor items like beach chairs, pool noodles, floaties, sand toys (but not knowing this we had brought our own). Our stay in mid-August aligned with many southern states back-to-school weeks, so our week was the start of the "slow season." That made elevators no problem for us (although we picked this 7th floor unit so that we could walk down stairs, if elevators became a problem... they never were for us). We would certainly stay here again. I would recommend contacting the rental company directly to get a less expensive rate:

This was our second stay in this unit and I was even more impressed than the first time! There had been several upgrades made from the previous year. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The condo service called prior to our arrival to inform me the dryer in the unit had been reported broken by the previous tenants but they already had a tech scheduled to come look at it on our first day. He was unable to fix it that day but everyone was very accommodating until repairs could be made. I look forward to booking this unit again next year!

The elevators are always an issue but that's to be expected during the busy season and no fault of the condo service.

We loved staying here for our first visit to Florida! The condo was clean, the view was amazing, and being right on the beach made it so easy. The only downside was the elevator situation. One was down,and the rest were super slow. We waited 30 min to get on one day. Other than the slow elevators, this place was beautiful, spacious, and very clean.

100% recommend! We felt at home from the moment we arrived at this beautifully decorated, comfortable condo. You can see the pride of ownership in all the details from the cleanliness to having absolutely everything we needed for a weeks stay. The amenities as well as staff were awesome. Great location walkable to Pier Park, great restaurants and all kinds of entertainment. 7th floor was perfect-amazing view and the convenience of being able to use the stairs(only 5 flights if you come from parking garage)during heavy check in/out times. So much to do/see in the area and the most beautiful beach to relax on. Included beach service was a wonderful bonus! We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Our third time staying in this unit. Low enough to hear the ocean waves, but also high enough to get some spectacular views. Always enjoy staying and hate packing up to leave. Perfect unit for a couple as your bedroom has its own sliding doors to see the Gulf. The 2 bathrooms allows each to have their own privacy space.

It was a beautiful property with amazing view! Elevators can get crazy around check in and check out. Over all worth it and taking the stairs is not bad only being on 7th floor. 100% recommend!!

When we come in the unit you feel that you’re on the beach with the nice decor. Everything was perfect. Very nice appliances, washing and drying machine, 2 nice Tv,the new panel for the temperature, and more

This was our first family vacation and everything was perfect the staff were very kind, the rooms were clean and stocked with cleaning supplies, and the view was amazing. Decently would like to come back again

the condo itself was amazing . the building could use work especially the elevators and gym.

Everything was great here except the air conditioning. It would turn up after 10 pm automatically. I come from a home that I run the air in the 65-67 range. It would never do that here and if it could there were warnings that if you put it below 70 and any maintenance was required you were gonna pay for the unit freezing up. If you don't like it colder to sleep then this place is great

We had a great vacation. The condo was great, very clean, very cute, great views. Everyone at the resort was friendly and there were people cleaning all the time. The beach chair service was a great addition. Would recommend and would rent again.

The unit was beautifully decorated. Very clean. We usually try to stay at Tidewater and on this trip the elevators were not a problem. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed out stay in PCB and this unit was clean, up-to-date and close to Pier Park. We loved the view from the living area and bedroom. We would stay here again.

Very nice condo furnished with anything you could possibly need! The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at is in walking distance to pier park and the view from the balcony was gorgeous!! I will recommend this location to my friends.

When we first entered the apartment we were impressed by the cleanliness; everything was spotless.
The lounge and bedroom are spacious and very comfortable. A 65" TV was an unexpected plus. Both showers are good.
As stated in previous reviews, the kitchen is a little cramped and the fridge is tight against a work surface but that said, it did not cause any undue problems and was more than adequate for our needs - we spent a whole month here! The stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher were all nearly new and of a high quality. The washer/drier likewise.
The a/c was very good, as was the heating which we had to use for a few days when temperatures dropped to low 40's
The outstanding feature of the apartment is the large balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Gulf. We spent many happy hours there listening to the sounds of the waves and watching the marine life, especially the dolphins.
Before we arrived, we were a little concerned about how we would get shopping from the parking garage to the apartment but there were several shopping carts available as well as luggage trolleys.
The fact we spent a whole month in the apartment and found little wrong with it - a can opener which was more or less useless, no kettle so we used a saucepan - says everything.
Many previous reviews talk about horrendous waiting times for the lifts: we never had to wait longer than 1 minute but that could be down to the fact we were there in November.
We will certainly return in the future.

The room was clean and very convenient but the air was not blowing very hard from vents and 3 of them were closed. The fans are for looks only. Does not put out any air and only low speed. Refrigerator too big for kitchen so very very little space. The condo was very clean and beds very comfortable. Property management did come and look at air and fans but could not do anything about it as the owner of the property has taken off strings to the fans and has the air thermostat locked requiring a password.

Unit was very clean and adequately comfortable. Lighting is horrible - fluorescent lights everywhere. Appreciated the provided PT, TP, dish soap, etc. Nice furniture on patio. Kitchen is very small - poorly designed by builder/remodeler. Very little counter space, silverware is in a small pantry closet b/c there is no space for a drawer big enough for silverware, etc. Minimal dishware. Appliances were brand new. The refrigerator is a little big for its space - bumps against counter upon opening. Ice maker made tons of ice! If you rent this unit anytime in the near future, do not buy coffee filters - there are at least 400 in the unit already! The slider doors are VERY heavy and do not open easily. Also, they are absolutely serious about the doors connecting to the thermostat. We found this out when ours malfunctioned. Service was onsite very quickly and the issue was immediately resolved. Unit has definitely been used. I describe it in good condition - a number of stains on furniture, bedding, and pillows. There are more pillows than necessary - especially on master bed. I had nowhere to put them all. Master bed could use a new topper - there were significant dips on each side during our stay. Towels were very comfortable. Everything you read about elevators at Tidewater is true - this unit is on 7th floor. That was do-able. I would not recommend staying higher than 7. If we were to return to PCB, we would first inquire about the state of construction. It was absolutely everywhere. We had planned on kids doing much walking, but that was limited due to construction. Close enough to walk to Pier Park, but no sidewalks. The Tidewater property is a bit run down - workout room smells horrible and equipment is very worn. Myrtle Beach is very similar to PCB, but condos are significantly less expensive. I left a message with management company a few weeks before our trip (about grocery delivery)... never got a call back.

Unit was great. Couch and Loveseat are a bit worn and the mattress in the master in indented. Furnace went out soon after my arrival, but 4 Star came right out and made me comfortable until the new furnace could be installed. 4 Star is very attentive and takes great care of it's guests! Highly recommend any unit managed by 4 Star.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The condo was exactly as advertised and everything was comfortable during our stay. The balcony was huge and had great views of the beach and ocean.

We rented condo 709 snd it had the best view from the living room and master bedroom. If you want to wake up abs the first thing you see is the Gulf of Mexico then this condo is for you. The condo was clean as was the hotel itself. We enjoyed getting Starbucks coffee from the shop in the hotel every morning. The beach chairs that are included with stay are awesome! We did a boat trip on sea screamer snd I highly recommend it for sunset cruise and to see dolphins. It was a great trip and we will stay again at Tidewater!

This Unit was cozy and comfy and the view was amazing! Has all the amenities you need. It’s perfect for a small familyThankful they had chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The unit does come with complimentary beach chairs but the wait in line was not worth it for us! The wait for an elevator near checkin or check out times 4 pm and 10 am was a task! This unit was on the 7th floor which was better. Love how restaurants and shopping were just a couple miles away!
