Shores of Panama 2023

Had a great vacation in this condo. Location perfect, right next to Pineapple Willy’s. Pool & beach access were very nice. The condo could have been a little cleaner. (Something spilled all over wall in kitchen, master bath baseboards). They need to add a spatula & pot holders in the kitchen. The assigned parking spot on 10th floor was a pain, especially since we were in a truck, but not the owners fault on the location.

Last year we had no problems with the rental. This year there were a couple of issues and most of them got resolved during the stay, except for one. I am still waiting to hear back from management on one of the issues. It’s been almost three weeks and I have received no word from them. This is very disappointing as we were looking forward to renting from them again next year.

Our rental was extremely clean and the view was beautiful. The property is one of the best maintained I have ever seen especially in Florida.
You can’t go wrong with this one.

It was everything we expected and more.

We booked this condo for an extended stay. The condo was nice and spacious. Four Star Condo Services were excellent. Very responsive. Unfortunately the condo closed the indoor pool/hot tub area for atleast 2 weeks (the last 2 weeks we were there) and the weather was still quite cold so using the outdoor pool was not really an option. Specifically chose this condo because of the indoor facilities. This was disappointing. Overall the stay was nice.

The condo was perfect for our needs! Great location and wonderful amenities at the resort! Morning coffee on the balcony was so relaxing and I will admit that I fell asleep more than once in the provided zero gravity chairs just listening to the waves! Only feedback I’ll provide is it’s time to get some new skillets in the kitchen. The anti stick stuff is gone from the ones there and it makes for a difficult cleanup. All in all a great time had by all and we would definately stay there again!!

The condo itself was great. It had an awesome view and was very clean. The only downside to it was I wish the air conditioner could have been lowered, especially when sleeping. The hotel staff was very polite and attentive. I would recommend the condo itself, but not sure about the hotel. Downside to the hotel, the elevators were consistently breaking down. Causing the ones that did work to be overpacked. It took us 45 min to finally fit on one when we initially got there. I did see staff working on the elevators. As soon as they had one working another one would break down. I assume exceeding the weight limit at times could've had something to do with it. I would also highly suggest they put some type of air circulation in the elevators, even if it's some type of fan.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. We had our granddaughters with us and they had the best time. There was plenty of room for everyone and the layout of the place was perfect. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Panama City Beach.

The condo itself was great, very clean and nicely maintained. I will say that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the entry door needs to be replaced, during high winds it sounds like a jet taking off. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now the parking deck is very tight, it’s fine for small cars but big SUV’s and trucks, be careful!!!! The parking space for the condo is on the 10th floor of the parking deck and well marked ( the condo numbers for parking are just random, no set order!!) Elevators were a nightmare!!! The first day or so a 30 minute wait was not uncommon!! The last 2 days of our stay the wait times and crowding wasn’t so bad. Maybe Sunday was just a big check in day, I don’t know. All in all we had a nice stay, just stormy weather the whole time we were there, couldn’t go in the ocean due to double red flags, but the pool more than made up for that.Our granddaughter loved it, and that’s all that mattered.

My family and I took a week long vacation here and it was perfect for all of us. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the condo got us all comfortably. Check in was very easy and simple and finding our room wasn’t hard at all. The wait for the elevators isn’t as terrible as others make it out to be. Once we got to the room it was very clean and well put together, the view was amazing and everything we needed was already there. The pool was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back.

The room has plenty of space. Everything was super clean. Beds and chairs were very comfortable. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating. Room has a view of both the pool and the ocean. At night there was live music by the pool, and due to the shape of the building, the acoustics were great to sit on the balcony and listen. There is a tiki bar and snack bar down by the pool with another pizza snack bar by the lobby. There is a reserved parking spot for the room so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Next door is Pineapple Willies and directly across the street is The Wharf with their all you can eat crab legs for dinner. Also within walking distance is a Walmart, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Shipwreck Ltd, Shell Port and many other restaurants and shops in order to cut down on the driving if you would like.
