Tidewater 704

We’ve stayed at the Emerald and Majestic in Panama City beach the last 6 years. Tidewater is by far our favorite! This is the CLEANEST condo and most well-maintained grounds and security! The bands allow for additional security. The elevators were slow, but I don’t know of a condo during peak times that aren’t. As far as the actual condo itself, it was immaculate! Nice, clean and very great communication with the owners. This has been our best experience so far in PCB and we will for sure be booking this condo again!

It was perfect for us. Everything was so nice. It was convenient for all the things we wanted to do. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB at Tidewater. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, clean and great views

Was pleasantly surprised by this condo. Large balcony, great living room and kitchen, and a comfortable bed in master bedroom. Condo was perfect for our trip.

When we arrived we were impressed by the cleanliness of everything. The condo is spacious and very well equipped; we couldn’t find anything lacking. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances all in excellent condition. The seating area is very comfortable with two large settees and modern 65” TV. The balcony is large offering spectacular views over the Gulf. The airco/heating was probably the best we have ever come across. All in all we were highly impressed with everything and could find no faults of any kind

We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the condo and the excellent condition of everything. The condo is spacious and light with fabulous views over the gulf. Kitchen has modern appliances and everything you could need. In the lounge there are two extremely comfortable 3 seater settees and a huge tv. Balcony is large and furnished with table and two chairs plus a lounger.
We stayed there for a full month and could find nothing to complain about. We will be going back!

Everything was clean and very comfortable. The people taking care of the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were very attentive and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

This room is absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spacious. All the upgrades you could ever want. And the best part was the free beach chairs. This will be a room we would rent again.

The room was great. The only negative comment I have was the amount of light entering the room even with the the curtains closed was annoying.

This unit exceeded my expectations for our holiday getaway! It was very clean. Furnishings appeared new, master bedroom matrass was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook for our trip. Complete set of baking dishes, pots and pans and baking sheets, but an array of utensils! We had a wonderful stay and will be back when the time comes.

I have used Four Star Condo Services for a few years now and am very happy with their personal service. Online registration is simple and the FSCS called to make sure everything was going well and to check if I had any problems. The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The seventh floor views were beautiful. The property was well maintained, had very helpful staff, and plenty of friendly security staff. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to replace the frying pans for those of us who prefer to cook our own meals. Many thanks to the homeowner!

The owners of this condo took pride in furnishing and decorating it. It's one of the nicest we've stayed in. The view was incredible and the unit was clean and inviting. The only downside is the elevator situation, not enough for too many people.

We were delighted with thus condo. It was very clean and the pull out sofa was actually comfortable to sleep on.

We have great stay. Apartment looks just like photos on web site. It was very clean and supplied. We are planing to come back next year. Thanks to owners who invested so much in updating the apartment. I hope that guests are going to appreciate that. Thanks!!!
