Summit 715

We recently stayed at the Four Star condo 715 at the Summit in Panama City Beach for 2 beautiful weeks. The condo is both comfortable and convenient making for an enjoyable stay. Walking for dining and shopping is definitely doable
Last but certainly not least is the beautiful beach for walking, swimming or just relaxing. This was our 4th stay in this condo and we will certainly be back.

Overall it was pretty good besides someone hitting the main water line and the building not having water for 4 hours.

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean, tidy and we had no problems with it. Having a washer and dryer made my trip back home even easier! Our son loved the balcony and we were able to hear the pool music and he had a blast! We loved staying here and will do it again next year! The only thing we had a problem with was the elevators were broken many times a day, so only one was working. however, that is NOT any problem with the condo, just the building itself

We enjoyed 2 weeks in April 2024 in this condo. The property has meals available or it is easy to prepare them in the full kitchen. We walked on the beautiful beach every day. The washer and dryer in the unit is a plus as well as the bath and one half. We will definitely stay again.

Great location in PCB. The condo was perfect for our group. We could walk to many attractions. Beautiful white sand beach.

It was a little disapointing because the pool and hot tubs closed at sunset. I understand that is an ordiance now being enforced, however, we were not made aware of this and we were not offered any type of refund.

The room itself was amazing! Had everything we needed. Plenty of room, and the view was great! The building on the other hand has 4 elevators and they all took turns breaking, so the lines to get on the elevators was a nightmare! At one point we had to carry our wagon down 7 flights of stairs... BUT it was worth it. It was nice being right on the beach. The pools were clean and they had a DJ a few nights. It is located close to a lot of local food places and entertainment. I would stay here again for sure!

Very pleased with the stay. It was a busy week, even for PCB, being Memorial Day. At least one, sometimes both elevators were down multiple times throughout the week. That was about the only negative of our stay.

The room and view was great. The only issue we had was the elevators stayed broke everyday for the week we were there and was told thus is normal for the summit

My adult granddaughter and I travelled to Panama City for the 1st time. The Condo was amazing, as was the location. It had everything we needed, the staff was always available. We really didn't need to leave the condo, but we did anyway. Shopping, restaurants were excellent in the area. No complaints at all! I would definitely come back and bring the entire family. Thank you

This condo was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed. Great staff and everything was perfect!

We booked this last minute for our family of 5. We were a bit nervous of it only being 1 bedroom, but it was more than adequate for us (couple, 2 late teens, 1 early teen) with the bunks and pull out couch. Kitchen was well stocked, condo was very clean upon check-in. The view cannot be beat. The only downside I would say is the elevators on the property (which is not the fault of the condo owner, so I wouldn't ding them on it). There are a total of 4 elevators on the property, and they are all small, slow, and hot. At parts of the night, you may have to wait 10+ minutes for an elevator. My tip would be to use the elevators on the sides of the building. They might be farther from the condo (this unit is almost dead center), but you won't have to wait so long. All that being said, I would book here again.
