Southwind Condominiums 6-B

We had an excellent time during our stay! The property management was very responsive in a timely manner when we had a few questions about details of the stay. We had zero issues during our stay and the south wind condo was very nice and roomy for the two of us!

Inside the place was pretty. You can go outside and sit on the chair and see a small view of the beach. They just need to make sure all the TVs work before somebody Checks In. They all worked except one.

Condo was accurately described ! Had everything you could possibly want in a home. Complex has a pool too !

The condo was clean, beach access is a short walk, and the property management was easy to get ahold of. Overall, we enjoyed the condo.

We had a few small hiccups with our stay, but we were treated with kindness and urgency to each problem we faced! They made sure to accommodate our every need, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Would definitely be booking with them in the future!This place is located on the other side of pier park, the less busy side in our opinion and it was perfect for our small get away with family and friends. We chose a perfect time to come too, just before school got out and floods of people came in. (Early to mid May) My group isn’t one for big crowds and traffic with our toddler joining, and this truly was such a nice experience for that. It’s a very short walk to the beach and minutes away from OUR FAV PLACES here in PCB- Thomas Donut and Snack Shop and Back Beach BBQ and of course Pier Park!! The place was clean and had plenty of household items that you forget you need on a vacation! And it’s super affordable for how great a place it is! Lol they truly ate with this one! ;)

Great stay for spring break!
Location was perfect literally right across from the beach. (Cross walk lights up for safety)
Very clean, furnished well, just as pictured in listing.
This property is located at the west end of PCB, but still close enough to pier Park for a short 5 minute drive depending on traffic and going in the opposite direction towards Thomas donuts. It was a two minute drive. I thought the location was key to this property.

Love this condo, great location to the beach, restaurants and fun. Condo was clean, really cute, comfortable beds and quite complex. We will be back.

It was perfect for our family. The view of the ocean from the balcony was so relaxing. The walk to the beach was so easy. We hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was extremely clean as well as the location was great.

Comfortable beds & beach view from front door, beach is right across the street. Shower head and water pressure were great! Great selection of channels to watch while the hail and storms rolled through. Ceiling fan started leaking and when I notified management right away they were super helpful, understanding & friendly! Will def stay here again! Thank you!
