Tidewater 513

Our favorite place, can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay in 513! This was our 2nd time in this condo & it’s perfect as usual. We loved everything about it. Plenty of space and you can’t beat the view! We’re already planning our next trip back!

We had a very pleasant stay. We loved being beachfront and just relaxing and hearing the waves!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was so nice, clean, and they furnished the place more than any place we’ve ever stayed!!! Easy check in and out process and communication. Would recommend and stay again. RES-23652

Stayed at Tidewater for several years now, this unit is the best one by far. They have everything you need except sunscreen. We will definitely be back.

Condo was easy to find, in a great location to watch the airshow... Place was clean and conmfortable... thoughtful of owner leaving beach chairs and toys to use on beach... would definately stay here again

The condo was as described. Decorated well. Very clean and comfortable. Greatly appreciated the extras for families with little ones. The Beach buggy, pack and play, and baby monitor were very much appreciated. The amenities of the resort were nice. My only complaint was that I didn't realize this was a 30 floor condo with slow elevators. Luckily the stairs are very close and not a bad climb. However I would never go back during spring break the poor security guards had a very busy week. Unfortunately they cannot control the number of kids that are let run loose unsupervised. This wasn't even a college spring break.

We stayed a week and loved it! The view is amazing, the condo was awesome and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, beautiful decor and really nice appliances made for a great stay. The beach is well kept and the sunset view is gorgeous. We didn't want to leave! From our balcony, we saw lots of dolphins each day around 8:00am or 7:00pm. The condo service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly and overall everything was conveniently located nearby. The Donut Hole, The Shrimp Basket and David's New Orleans Cafe were our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can! Thanks Debbie for a wonderful family vacation spot, we made lots of memories :)

This condo was absolutely perfect! It had plenty of space and everything we needed! The view was stunning. We absolutely love PCB & can’t wait for our next trip! We were lucky enough to meet the owner & she couldn’t have been anymore accommodating! We were very pleased with everything! Our week was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Tidewater 513 is a BEAUTIFUL condo. And incredible views from the balcony. It had everything we needed! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Easy check in. The only problem we had was with the beach chair attendants. We took our own chairs and umbrella and set up right at the edge of the ocean as did many others. Everyday the attendants would tell us we had to move or we would get fined $109 a day because we were blocking the chairs they had rented to others. We were at least 15-20 feet in front of them. I knew we could set up where we did so we never moved. But it was very annoying and they were very aggressive. Enough that we and others were questioning staying there again. THIS is NO reflection on the beautiful condo though!! Just the one thing that was a disappointment.

This unit had everything we could possibly need during our stay! Very clean and so many beautiful upgrades and lots of special touches! When I come back I will absolutely stay in this condo!

This condo was everything we were hoping for! The place was very clean, well-stocked kitchen for all our meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The welcoming basket with snacky bits and coffee was the cherry on top. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we spent every evening watching the beautiful sunsets. Luckily this condo is on a low enough floor that if the wait for the elevator is too long, the climb up the 3 levels of stairs was easy and fast. The building is conveniently located near Pier Park for any shopping or dining out you may want to do. We will definitely be back and telling all our friends!

The condo was clean, and very well stocked with all dishes, cooking and etc utensils for everything! The decor is beautiful. Very comfortable stay. The welcome snack kit and coffee was great for getting in late too! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fabulous stay.

Absolutely wonderful! This unit is beautifully decorated! Very clean and comfortable! All we had to take was our clothes and food! We made such wonderful memories on this trip. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Access to the beach is so easy! So many things to see and do in the area. The beds were comfortable and the privacy was priceless. Can’t wait to go back and will stay in this same condo! Tidewater 513. It’s absolutely perfect!!

Had a wonderful vacation in this absolutely gorgeous condo. Tidewater also offers many wonderful things to do. Condo 513 is so clean, comfortable, and was supplied with everything but our clothes and food!!! The owner of 513 really wants the guests to have a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!!!!

Tidewater condo 513 was a great space! It was roomy, very comfortable with everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely book this unit again whenever I come to Panama City Beach! The owner even put their own special touches with snacks, and coffee to get you started on a great vacation in Panama City Beach. It’s located right down the road from Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants.

We have nothing but praise for the condo itself and for the facilites. It was great visit from the safe convenient parking garage to realizing the home owner had thought of everything you could possibly want or need. The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Clean upon arrival and easy to maintain floors and nice rugs . So easy to enjoy the hot ub, pool and the beautiful beach. Kitchen stocked with all you could need to prepare and serve a meal or visit the many great resturants nearby. Make sure to set aside plenty of time for balcony sitting. We so enjoyed listening to the waves, watching many dolphins and will always remember the beautiful sunsets. I would easily recommend this unit to everyone.
