The furnishing and decor was bit lacking in design but we liked the price we paid for the unit.

The room was great for the price. The view was just amazing from the 13th floor. Elevators are the main issue, they are horrible. They really just need to have cargo elevators for people with carts/cargo, then a set for people without cargo, that would help so much.

Everything was great from the location to the ease of the check in process, the only complaint I had was the elevator situation but upon reviewing other condos while I was there they were all having the same issue... extremely slow elevators with long wait times. Other than that i everything was great, we will definitely stay here again.

It was a great experience to deal with Four Stars. We rented this condo January and February this year. We have been coming to Panama City Beach for the past seven years, as snowbirds, and this is the first time we have rented with them. We were very pleased. All the personnel that we dealt with were exceptional. From the office staff, maintenance and everyone at Four Stars. They were very friendly, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. The stay was great, and we have already booked for this same time period next year. Can't wait.

The room as usual was great. as it is every time we come - which has been 5 times now to 1309.

The area is loaded with places to eat and things to do, and the beach is always amazing.

The chair attendants are incredibly nice, and Tidewater staff for the most part, and great.

The property could use a lot of minor repairs. Things are dated, there is a lot of visible rust and such.

The location was great and in the center of the resort with a beautiful view. The condo was comfy and clean. Had the necessities. Only negative was be prepared to wait more than 20 minutes during peak times especially check in and check out times.

This rental was more than we dreamed. The pictures are very accurate, but you're never sure until you arrive. I worried the bed would be too soft to sleep on, but it was very comfortable!! The views make this rental a dream place to escape to. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this unit several times and this year was the best. While we were there, furniture and art was upgraded. The mattress was new. It was a much welcome experience to see these improvements! Hopefully the few remaining issues will be taken care of - toilet seats, painting, etc.

Tidewater is a very busy complex but all the staff is fabulous. This particular condo met our needs and the view was awesome. My only complaint at all is that the master bedroom mattress has got to be upgraded. I had read this same comment from people who stayed in 2020 as well, figured by now it would be fixed. It either needs to be done again or has not yet been addressed. It’s a modest little condo but clean and has what you need for a small family. My kids 13 and 11, were comfortable on the bunk beds.

It was very clean and has beautiful views. However, it needs to be remodeled. The bed in the master bedroom was so squeaky I would wake up in the middle of the night from my movements. Also the mattress caves in, in various parts.

Needs new living room furniture as well. We also couldn’t open the fridge the entire way because it would get stuck between the kitchen cabinet. We had to squish things inside our fridge.

But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

Tidewater 1309 was a wonderful place to spend a week the view was outstanding the unit was very nice and clean the furniture had some wear and tear but hey its a rental. only bad part was waiting for the elevators,I would rent it again

The room is in a great location with an awesome view, however there have been no updates in years. The same defects that were present 2 years ago have not been fixed. Old chipped up toilet seats for example - same ones from 2 years ago. Same chipped paint on walls and trim. Same bedspread. Put a little effort into the maintenance please. The weather was all rain for 7 straight days, and spending more time in the room meant noticing these issues more and more.

We enjoyed our time in Florida and loved staying in the rental property.

We loved the location of the condo! The balcony was perfect! Groceries and fun was right down the road. The bed could be a little more comfy and you need to keep spices, salt, pepper, and coffee filters in stock. There is no reason to buy these and throw them away or take them home.
The elevator took forever, but hey! It's a 30 story building. Get over it people.
The beaches need to be kept up better; lots of trash and cigarette butts on it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean. We have stayed at tidewater 2 different time 2 different units loved them both. Will definitely be book again if we are going to Panama City beach. It is a great location easy to get to and from. Loved it!! Check In was a breeze!!

The view was great and the room was clean. The only negative my family had was the beds were not comfortable at all and the elevator wait took forever!

This place was great. Everything that was advertised. Check-in was a breeze. The only bad thing is if your on a higher floor be prepared to wait for an elevator on your check out day.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. They owners were very flexible with us and instructions we very clear. I wish there was a little more room, probably not the best for the amount of people we had but it was still fine. Location was really good along the ocean, and the view was absolutely amazing!

Overall a good experience. Condo could use a few updates to make the experience better. Some rugs at the entrance would probably help not having that sandy feeling while in the Condo. The door was also so hard to close my kids could not close the outer door themselves.

We stayed 10 days at the Tidewater. The staff was always pleasant, great access to the beach, and wonderful food and shopping within a 15 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing! The view was spectacular. The only problem we had was not the condo itself but the resort. The elevators were atrocious! It would take anywhere from 5 to 20 mins at a time to catch an elevator to ride up to our floor. Because of that alone, we will probably not be back.

The condo was spacious and clean! They provided most of the things we needed such as towels, dishes and laundry detergent. The view was amazing! The only negative is the elevator in the building move so slow that it will take up to 15 mins to catch it. So if you book with them get a lower level flirt so you cant take the stairs.

Room was spacious! Full kitchen, we were able to cook and clean up pretty easily . Great view of the whole beach! Comfy beds and 2 showers made it helpful to get ready. The Wave restaurant was very yummy and convenient! Tiki bar sucked and hardly ever open and Elevators are super slow.
We enjoyed our stay!!!

Probably the SLOWEST elevator I have ever been on in my entire life - sometimes waited up to 7/8 minutes on an elevator to arrive.

Let me start by saying we really like Tidewater's location, pools, kids activities and staff which is why we chose to come back for a second year. This particular unit, however, did not compare to last year's. Upon check in we noticed what looked to be water damage or mold on the ceiling, burn marks from an iron on the night stand, a loose legged coffee table, and a refrigerator that you couldn't even open the door all the way because of the poor layout. The unit had also not been cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom drawers, spilled candy under the master bed, dishes in the dish washer and debris around/under the sofa. Needless to say, it had not been maintained in the same manner as the unit we rented the previous year. Elevators are still slow so expect a wait the during the day. We are considering staying at a different location next year because of these things. IF we stay again at Tidewater, we will rent directly through Resort Quest because they are there on-site to address issues. Also, our friends that stayed (same time as us) were given free beach service, movie rentals, and other extras we were not.

Loved our unit! Extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! We had the best time... elevators were slow but it was the busiest week-july 4th & 13th floor. Liked being able to walk to Pier & restaurants. Capt Anderson was best restaurant ever! Diego's did have the best burritos & margaritas! Sharky's is worth it- fantastic appetizers & crab cakes with amazing views of ocean! We could watch fireworks from our balcony too!
