Tidewater 2002

Loved this sweet little retreat! 2002 was clean and very spacious. Everything was nice and the view was perfect. The condo had issues with the elevators that were resolved by Tuesday. Condo 2002 had issues with the air and that was resolved the next day. We had a great time.

This unit is clean, spacious and described perfectly in the listing. Everyone seemed to complain about the elevators but we had zero wait times (could have just been the time of the year we came). Our family had the best time and would definitely stay in this same unit again!

The condo elevators are very slow. They have no up and down separate doors. I would want to go up to 20 and it would stop on 10 and they would press to go down to Ground and the elevator would go back down first before taking us up to 20? I ask for the hot tub to be worked on and they said it was fixed to enjoy, but it never got warm at all.

The place we had originally booked suddenly became unavailable a day before our scheduled reservation. We ended up picking a different place from a list of properties that Four Star also manages, and ended up loving the new place! It was very tastefully decorated, and was in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking through this Property Management company for our next trip!

We had a really good stay at Tidewater. This was our second year staying at the resort and we really like it there.

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Super convenient with the 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

The condo decorations were so unique and themed to make you feel like a seaside getaway! Pools and hot tubs on each end of the resort were also a plus. The arcade and indoor pool were some of the features we booked for but the indoor pool was not warm and the arcade games out of order or broken and nobody to assist. souvenir store and pizza across the street is convenient and the beach beautiful! Must get there before 9am to get a chair. elephant family upstairs but the giant tub and bathroom fireplace make it all better! Elevators are super slow and always full so pack light and take as few trips up/down as possible! Loved the onsite security! Felt safe at all times!

Since we are lovers of boating this condo was a perfect fit, loved all the wooden ship replicas on the walls, and, really enjoyed looking at the picture of errol flynn on the wall, he was my favorite swashbuckler. The only suggestions that we have is the furniture could be upgraded and there is a need for new toilets, otherwise everything else was better than average. If we ever return to pcb we will try and get this condo again.

Our family (5 of us) had a wonderful experience in this beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room and great view. It had everything you need to cook, sleep and hang out to relax. The only thing that surprised me (besides the slow elevators) was that it is a huge building! But super nice!

This property is amazing! The rooms are even cuter in person. The entire unit was extremely clean. The property is also great, but be prepared to wait a while on the elevators. Can't wait to stay at this property again.

The vacation rental experience at tidewater in Panama City Beach overall was a great experience the only difficulty we experienced the entire stay was the elevators. Sometimes it was really quick but most times the wait to get on was lengthy. The rental itself was in great shape and fit our family very comfortably.

Clean, comfortable and an excellent view. Elevators were down but we just made the most of it, tried to avoid busy times.

I cannot say enough about this rental, everything was perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The only issue was the wait for the elevator which is expected during Spring Break. The location is excellent close to all the attractions.

Getting beach chairs was easy; my son felt the workout room was well equipped at Tidewater; the kitchen had everything we needed (even an apple slicer)! A few things need attention but expected in a rental: the blinds in the queen room need replaced so the light from the exterior hall don't shine in all night, and the bunk room TV didn't work at all. Internet is spotty or slow most of the time. And yes, the elevators can be slow at times when everyone is leaving the beach for their rooms or checking out but a little patience goes a long way. These things were minor though compared to all of the positives and comforts of this rental.

This is a great condo, very spacious with a great open layout, tiled all around for ease of cleaning yet has nice rugs where necessary for a cozy feel, this doesn't feel just like a vacation home. The house was in a an overall great condition and the couple of little maintenance items we noted when we checked in were taken care of immediately after being reported. The resort itself is well taken care of as well and you will always see cleaning crews around wiping this or cleaning that. Give this place a try and you won't regret it, it is also a 5 minute drive to the Pier Park area with all the entertainment and restaurants.

Everything thing about our room was perfect. It was clean, well maintained and very well decorated. The pools and quick access to the beach was great.
The elevators were a different story. 2 of the 4 elevators in the main building were out of order. 1 of the 2 elevators in the parking garage was out of order. At times we waited 15 to 20 minutes to get an elevator that's wasn't already packed with so many people that it was likely at the weight capacity.

The condo was cute and fairly clean but we found a previous tenants pop tart box under the dresser in the master bedroom, we found a random shoe left from a previous tenant behind the dresser in the kids room when trying to plug something in to the outlet, the furniture had stains and we ended up putting sheets over it to sit on it and something was wrong with the oven and we burnt several things.

The condo was awesome! Plenty of room, and very comfortable. Loved having the beach chairs included. The only problem was the elevators, at times spent 30 minutes waiting to get an elevator.

Room was very clean and had no problems at all. Beds very comfortable. Also loved the covered parking.

Having everything ready to go in the apartment when we arrived was awesome. The location is perfect and so close to everything. We absolutely loved every minute of it. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rebook for next year.

I only have one con, we arrived thinking there would be a sleeper sofa as advertised on the listing but there were no sleeper sofa so we had to purchase a blow up mattress to accommodate for not having that sofa. It all worked out and we still had a good time. I would just recommend updating the listing :-)

They condo was beautiful. There were 3 couples in the unit & it was very comfortable. Not to blame the condo owner, but there are not enough elevators in the building, specifically for prime June time. A few times the elevator would not stop at 20th floor, again not fault of the unit itself.

We had a wonderful vacation! PCB is such a relaxing place, shops and restaurants within walking distance in addition to great golf courses. Our vacation rental was perfect, spacious and clean. Perfect time of the year to visit.

My experience was a good one. Very easy to deal with, answered any/all questions that I had in a timely manner. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures. This was our Christmas gifts to our kids and grandkids, everyone had a wonderful time. I have stayed at Tidewater in the past. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with our rental experience. The place was clean and very inviting. There were lots of additional kitchen items that made our meals easier to prepare (except there were only 5 forks!) and the dining table was able to accommodate all 8 of us. It was very quiet in the evenings. We especially appreciated the locker of beach items. The decorating was lovely and the bedroom with the bunk beds worked great for 3 boys and 1 girl. The only thing that could have been better was the elevator and cart situation at check-in on the weekend. It was helpful that there was an express elevator with an attendant, but the carts were in such short supply, we found ourselves following a couple to their room and waiting for them to unload their groceries so we could have their cart. But I understand this inconvenience is typical of the larger resorts. A repairman came by to re-hang a picture from previous guests and was very helpful in taking a look at the couple of things that were broken - the living room DVD player and the door to the pantry. All of us would stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and roomy but I was disappointed in the cleanliness. After seeing the dusty tables and countertops, I felt like I should wash any of the dishes before I would let our family eat or drink out of them. The keurig coffee maker had issues but we worked through them. Needed dusting really bad. Vacuum cleaner was extremely heavy and I had to literally cut carpet strings from previous vacuumings in order for it to pick up better. The broom was filthy and should of been trashed a long time ago. The return air duct on door was very dirty. Such a beautiful condo but not kept up very well. Never figured out the tv's in some of the bedrooms but that wasn't a big deal to me. The elevator situation is horrible (sometimes waiting 45 minutes). The view was wonderful and the washer & dryer were excellent. Just little things that could be taken care of for sure.

This condo is amazing! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Each room is bigger than expected. We had 10 people, and we never felt crowded during our stay. The owner provides beach chairs, beach toys, and a variety of rafts for the pool. The property was very clean. The staff at Tidewater was very friendly. It is a short walk or drive to Pier Park. Our only frustration was the slowness of the elevators.

Very clean condo with excellent proximity to the water and nearby restaurants. The parking garage was easy to access.

Felt like we had to wait forever for the elevators and the side pools were in a wind tunnel which was very cold in March.

Beautiful condo. The location right on the beach is so relaxing. Yet it close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Theres a lot for families to do in this area.

We had 3 couples stay in this condo during the Christmas and New Years break. The condo was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to be back some day.

This is a large condo. We were very happy with the size and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We felt safe at this resort. The beach was amazing. Bedrooms had lots of room, we would stay at this condo again if we would come back for a family vaca.

This condo was very well appointed...just about everything you would need was already included. Full size washer and dryer is a definite plus!

It is very nicely decorated with a seafaring theme and there are lots of knick-knacks everywhere, so you might want to take that into consideration if you have little ones.

The cargo hold stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc. was a particularly nice feature.

The condo was really clean, with the exception of some of the knick-knacks listed looked like some dusting of the many display areas had been skipped.

My only criticism would be the elevators. PLEASE DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE ANNOYANCE OF THE ELEVATOR SITUATION!! Especially during times of move-out/move-in. We were there during peak season, so we expected it to be a problem and it was. We even asked one of the security crew what would happen if someone had a heart attack or other medical emergency. We wondered how EMTs would ever be able to access the patient. The man joked he would throw the person over the balcony and their heart would re-start when they landed on someone! (Obviously, that wasn't very reassuring.)

My advice would be to stay on one of the lower floors, if possible, so you can use the stairs if/when the elevators become a problem.

Overall, a good stay! The unit is great, but be aware that this is a large condo complex and if it's crowded, the elevators, beaches, pools, etc. will be as well.

The condo room was great! Four Star was wonderful at getting back to us about the one issue we had! The elevators were horrible though. Nothing Four Star can do about that though!

The condo was great. No complaints with that, wonderful furniture . Even had several beach chairs and beach floats for use. Would be nice to have more bath towels and dish towels. The elevator on the other hand was a nightmare! Overall a wonderful time.
