Room was great, the pool was and beach were perfect. Room accommodations were great. The only issue we had was the elevator situation. One was not working and it took a while to go up and come down the elevator. Stairs were not an option since we were on the 19th floor. Security was good. Everyone was nice. Easy to book.

We had a great time at Tidewarer!! The condo was great for our party of 7! The view was beautiful, and we loved all the amenities on the property!! We will definitely be coming back!!

We rented for the month of February 2024. It was a great place to stay. I will say that the unit is a little, 'tired' and needs some sprucing up. Maybe new paint scheme. The staff at Four Star Condo Services were fantastic to deal with. We definitely will use Four Star again.

My stay at the Four Star Condo Services managed property was remarkable. This seaside condo, facing the stunning Gulf of Mexico, was an ideal spot for fun and relaxation. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it's perfect for both long-term stays and short getaways. The condo came equipped with everything needed for daily life, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. The standout feature was the exceptional service by the Four Star Maintenance team, who promptly resolved any issues. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable seaside experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. We brought our two preteen/teen girls and a friend each and had PLENTY of room. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean and well air conditioned. The only inconvenience was the elevators, but allow extra time and you’ll be fine. The rental company was great and very easy to communicate. We actually left a Nintendo Switch and the cleaning crew found it and the rental company shipped it back to us.

The condo was very clean and neat! Great location! Manager was very helpful and quick to respond! The property was very clean the pools and the hot tubs were wonderful! The only downside was the elevator were very slow the wait time was terrible. It was good when there was an employee on them controlling it.

Facility is great room was great but elevators are super slow and if you stay try to stay on lower floors.

The building itself and all the facilities were great. The pools are big, nice, and clean. The gym was larger than I expected. The parking garage and skybridge were fine. The parking garage seemed a little tight especially with all the big trucks around.

The beach was beautiful and the folks doing the umbrella rentals were all very nice. We got lucky and the weather was great, and there wasn't a lot of seaweed.

Now the Elevators... During peak times (check in, check out) good luck catching an elevator from your condo to go down. One elevator was out of order while we where there and the others were over utilized or kids would push every floor which made it worse. There has to be a way to cancel all calls. Why not label it or put a note. It is a bit easier to get an elevator going up during peak times because there would be a elevator operator. The elevator operators were always very nice! So during peak times we'd just walk down our 19 flight of stairs. Its much easier to walk down than walk up. I guess this is normal because when we went to Pier Park a timeshare salesman asked us about the elevators. I chuckled and told him I wasn't interested in what he was selling.

All in all we had a fantastic time on our vacation.

The property managers worked with us last minute to switch out reservation details. They were helpful and prompt. The condo was nice, accommodating, and in a good location.

The condo was nice but I would Not rent from VRBO or 4Star Rentals again. The extra fees they add to your stay when you are already paying for the rental is not excessive. My condo came with beach chairs which was nice but they were to expensive to just rent one.

Great place. Elevator was a little slow. Unfortunately there was alot of seaweed so wert able to enjoy beach as much as we would had liked to. But overall great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we had issues with were the elevators and the wifi. Our condo that we rented one of the TV’s did not work. Again, not a huge deal and we had a blast!

I've stayed at Tidewater a handful of times. This condo was beautifully decorated and CLEAN! Both beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. All three showers were clean, roomy and fully stocked. The view was to die for.

Great location and spacious for our family. But the elevators are terrible, waited 20mins -30 minutes just to get on the elevator. During check in hours of 4pm the line to the elevators are much worse.

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was spacious and very clean! It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the week. Nicely decorated, beautiful view. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in PCB. The only thing that we felt may need upgrading soon was the dryer - it took a long time to dry a small load of laundry, and multiple cycles to dry towels. Beach service was easy and efficient for choosing chairs for the day. Great location and we would definitely stay again!

The room was nice and adequately stocked with supplies. It made for an enjoyable stay. Wifi was iffy if that is important to you. The elevators are the only real issue. Waits can be as long as 20 minutes without exaggeration and heard of longer waits but did not experience it personally. The pool was nice and well kept. It should have more long seating. The overall experience was very pleasant.

The TVs were old an the voice was bad an hard to understand. The beds were great but the furniture was old an not comfortable. For that reason we did not book that unit again.

The picture shown is outdated. There is now laminate in the living area. The big couch sags some when you sit on it. Carpet in bedrooms is very, very warn and stained. Kitchen has enough supplies for what we needed. The condo worked great for our family.

Great location, elevators very slow but that is expected, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo itself. Pink mold in bathrooms, Floors not vacuumed , sticky counters, derbies from last occupants, baseboards and woodwork were horrible! Everything else was great , pools were nice, staff was nice

Nice place but needs improvements. Dryer took extra long time to dry. Light bulbs needed replaced in bedroom,hallway and living room. Outdoor patio table had dried pigeon **** all over the top. Definitely need new cushions on the long sofa. This is all on the cleaning people. Great location, would stay again with changes. We were locked out of condo at 9 am; we had until 11am left at 10am.
Would recommend if changes were made. Big Couch NEEDS new cushions! Beds were comfortable.

My family and I went down for the first week of October and stayed at this lovely condo on the 19th floor. The condo was furnished well, clean and and in good order. The armbands and instructions were on the counter when we arrived, no one was present when we checked in or out at the desk.. The only issue we encountered was someone on the floor exactly above us was hammering and doing what sounded like maintenance at midnight. Four Star doesnt manage that property so I complained to Tidewater maintenance. The property is near Pier Park, Thomas Drive, the fishing pier, Wal Mart and Winn Dixie and of course the view of the sea is stunning from the balcony. Highly recommend

Getting an elevator was a daily challenge. With the number of resort guests during our staye, elevator wait time was at times more than 10 minutes. Would have been nice to have a resort layout in the room to let guests know what amenities were available, when available, and their locations. Overall, having a beautiful view of the beach we were able to watch dolphins, stingrays, sharks everyday from our balcony.

Great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance Beach was very clean and uncrowded. Condo was nice size. Beds were king size and comfortable, furniture was old and broke down and had a funky smell. Patio was covered in a black mold looking stuff, couldnt walk out bare footed with your feet turning black. Property manager called us on our second day and told us we had to turn our a/c off for 24 hours, he said we turned it to low and it was frozen. A/C was set to 72 all week and blew cold. I guess they were trying to save electricity? Elevators are terrible and the hotel was not busy yet. Expect to wait 5 to 15 minutes each time. Will not return just because of the elevator situation.

Rental experience with Four Star at the Tidewater was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. The location was perfect. Condo was clean, roomy, and slept my group of 7 easily. The view from this condo was definitely one of the best on the beach. Beach was clean and pool was outstanding as well. The activities for the kids were also a plus. We will be back next Summer!
