Tidewater 903

We spent 5 nights and were very pleased! The place is gorgeous and the view is incredible. They supply everything you should need in the kitchen, everything smelled clean when you walked in & they even provided extra blankets if you needed them. The only thing that I would recommend is changing the thermostat batteries because it was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temperature and the sheet for the futon mattress was a struggle to use, so maybe getting a bigger size? Other than those 2 things everything else was great!

We have stayed at Tidewater Beach Resort for 2 summers now. We love this place. Upon arrival, the room was spotless and ready for our stay. We even checked in early. The room was exactly as pictured. I would recommend this room to anyone. Our 2 year old loved it as well. Very child friendly.

Great views and convenient. City needs to stay on top of the road construction on Front Beach.

Beautiful condo in the PERFECT location!!

Nothing major wrong with our stay . The dryer takes forever on clothes and it looked like the cleaning people did a rush job before we got there, dirty wash cloths still in shower we did not report it , it was not a big deal . The management company was super nice when I talked to them in the beginning but the day before check in I dealt with a very rude employee , not sure if it was an off day for her or what . We like the area of condo and have stayed here before but through a different company .

Excellent views in a beautiful location on a beautiful property. Really our only issue was that the floor was sandy when we got there. The front entrance gets clogged up with traffic, shoes, and beach gear(which is also the entrance to the master bedroom). Some extra hooks or a drying rack would be invaluable. That being said, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was clean as as described. No issues with check in or parking. Only complaint was the elevators in the building need some serious repairs and updates but that was just comical to us.

We had a wonderful time. It was perfect size for our family of five. Location was amazing being right on the beach the view was incredible the places we went were so close. We absolutely loved it.

Loved the resort and everything about it except for the elevators. There is not enough elevators to accommodate everyone in the resort. Other than that I have no complaints at all. Everyone on staff was very nice that I came in contact with. The view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL. The condo was very nice.

Elevators are extremely slow, like every single one.. I know alot of ppl are there but still.. Other than that is was a good place to stay with kids.. will return.

We enjoy Panama City Beach; we enjoy Tidewater Resort; and we have enjoyed working with Four Star for the first time in 13 years. They are responsive to every question or need with quick, friendly service.

The condo was spacious, it was kind of just a regular place.. nothing really made it outstanding... the elevators for this whole place are terrible though... When it was time to check out we waiting roughly 2 hours to get on the elevator. They do have a pretty neat arcade for the kids... also, after you pay for”everything” online and don’t expect to have to pull your card out again you have to pay a registration fee which kind of made me mad. Not that $50 broke me, it was just annoying.

My family and I had a great time staying at tidewater, the condo was nicely decorated kept up and clean. The restaurant onsite has delicious food and friendly staff. The condo has a lot of great amenities, two huge pools outside with a hot tub that my kids loved getting in at night, Indoor pool and sauna, also a workout room for those that want to workout on their vacation. The elevators have long waits but I have been going to Panama City many times and a lot of the other condos have the exact same issue. So I don’t really see it as a problem. Overall I would definitely stay at Tidewater again and next vacation I will be using Four star condo services. Thank you so much Four Star for letting me and my family have a nice stay at one of your condos.

The room has everything you need. The only negative is the bed. It wasn’t bad, but a new mattress would be more comfortable. But overall the room is pretty nice. And it was very clean. Was amazing stay at the condo. Great view and really nice being close to everything. I would recommend staying here and plan on coming back again.

The place was nice. We had some problems with the door I would recommend checking it out, it would not always open. I would have to pull back on door with all my weight then put code in again for it to open. Also nothing against owners but the elevators at tidewater are really slow.

This condo was neat and clean. The furniture was all comfortable. The view from the balcony couldn’t be any better. The only problem we experienced was the elevators. One or more was out of order almost every day and usually a long wait time to get on. We often took the stairs All in all it was a great place to stay.

They switched to new security (Extremely sloppy btw) and had a 1 hour wait basically trying to check in for a booking that was already reserved. One elevator worked that only went up. Fix those issues and you'll have more people coming to you. You're a business. Treat it as such.

Our condo was clean... loved the view from 9th floor... the shower was less than perfect, but okay. Wish there had been another easy chair in the living room. All in all, GREAT!!

Shower curtain had mold on it. The towel rack was about to come out of the wall. The bowls were put back in the cabinet with food still in them. The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like it was broke and shifted to the center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tidewater #903. This condo was furnished adorably with all the necessities on hand.

We had a great time. Our condo was clean, smelled good and had several amenities. The view was beautiful and on the beach. There are two outdoor pools, one on either side of the building but most of our visit, only one pool was open at a time. It was not too crowded though. There was also an indoor pool but it was too cold. The elevators are very busy and not in the air conditioning so wait times are sometimes 30 minutes in the heat. Other than that, it was a great experience.

This rental was great! Had everything we needed. Property was clean and ready at check in. I will say the mattress on the bunks are not too comfy, but were just there to sleep :) at no fault of the rental company, the elevators at Tidewater are extremely slow and it can take an extended amount of time to get on. Overall great!

Tidewater is in a great location and the scenery was wonderful. All in all our stay was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was clean. I will say I feel like the bunk bed area could have been a little more appealing to the eye when you walk in, it looked like someone ripped the beds that were previously there out of the wall and slapped some boards ups and threw mattresses on them. There needs to be a walkway from the parking garage to the entrance of the complex. The worst part of the stay was the elevators.

Room was clean and the view was great,had everything we needed just as advertised.

the room was nice and we had a great time. the only thing was the bathroom sink drain was slow to drain, you might want to have it checked it might just need cleaning out.

This place was much prettier than pictured.. Perfect location. plenty of room for myself and 2 teenage girl and would have been comfortable for 6-8 people I think.. Everything that I need was there for my use and in good shape. The view to the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The location was great within walking distance to anything you needed but still far enough away form the crowd that you could relax.. I felt very safe at the tidewater resort and felt save for my teenage girls to be alone at times.. Thanks so much for the opportunity for us to enjoy a nice vacation in your condo. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

I rented room 903 but the desk put me in 112 by mistake. We were very surprised when we went into the room to find another family moving in at the same time. Once we got to or correct room it was very nice though!
Elevators are horrible. Plan ahead 20 minutes just to get down to parking lot or beach from your floor.

Condo was well kept.
