Majestic 1802-T2

Our unit was great. Beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable furniture. When we gained entry on the first day of our arrival the master toilet was constantly running. But they were out the next morning and it was repaired. Later we discovered the tV’s cable was out. But then again they came out and made the fix. If there is any negative part of this review it would be the lack of a kitchen pantry. The one there is locked and for private use only. So we had to just leave it all out on the counter all week. It sort of drove my OCD a little wonky but we endured it. The view from the huge patio and the nice and comfortable array of furniture there was very nice. 18 floors up makes for a dizzying view once we peered down to the walkways, but it was cool too.

Will we return? Absolutely. Will it be next year? Perhaps but we want to try a different locale so perhaps Cocoa Beach will be our next stay.

Note: the team at the rental office were fantastic. They addressed any concerns we had and I was able to meet two of them when I went by the office to pick up a gym access card. Plus, the man who came out to repair to tv cable was excellent too!

We just home and ready to go back. This is a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the location of the condo, but there were many issues when we arrived. The master toilet didn’t flush, the dryer didn’t work, the ice/water on the refrigerator didn’t work and several knobs would just pop off when a drawer was pulled to open. I was disappointed that standard amenities weren’t properly working. The toilet was fixed on day #2, the ice on day #3 and the dryer on day #4 of our stay.

I stayed here the first week of June with my family, and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, was equipped with EVERYTHING you needed to make you feel at home. The amenities were excellent. If you want a spot in the pool that had sunshine you had to get there early. Elevators were fast. Everything was great about the property other than one specific security officer who was very rude. Otherwise I rate the property 5 stars.

Our stay at 4 Star rentals was an amazing experience. There communication about everything we needed to know was spot on. Any questions we had were always handled promptly and professionally. The condo was very clean well maintained and all that we needed was there. Definitely will be a return customer, and highly recommend!

When we arrived, staff was very nice and helpful in telling us where to go and park and get unloaded. The walk was not bad at all from parking deck to room. The resort was nice and clean as well. The condo was clean and welcoming. Very nice. The furniture was comfortable and both of the beds were clean and amazingly soft and comfortable. The balcony view was great of course and the furniture was very comfortable as well and relaxing! Loved the master bath shower! We could not get the toaster oven to work, so we just used the toaster. So no complaints at all. Did not want to leave! Would come back for sure!

The property was exactly as advertised, although one of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off. My major complaint is that the linens were not clean, and we didn't discover this until bedtime (late night) on our first night there. The guest bed had sand in it. I didn't have time to strip the bed and wash sheets, so my son had to sleep on top of the comforter with a blanket. When I stripped the bed the next day to wash the sheets, the mattress pad had a huge yellow stain on it. When I washed the mattress pad and pulled it out of the dryer, the yellow stain was gone, which is evidence that the linens had not been laundered and there was urine left on the bed that my son slept on the first night, which is disgusting. We won't stay in this unit again because of the lack of cleanliness.

The condo is very spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were very convenient. 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were also provided. We loved the outdoor pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool because we had great weather! The view from the balcony was amazing. My family loved this condo!

The pantry is locked so we had to stack our groceries on the counter. The couch and pillows in the condo were not the most comfortable. Other than that we had a great stay.

Our rental was clean, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, had its own wine chiller and ice maker.

The rental was described perfectly. We loved the balcony and where we spent most of our time while in our condo. The master shower was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with washer and dishwasher but we called and someone came that day to fix.

This condo is in a great location close to many great restaurants and has the perfect view. Parts of the condo have been beautifully updated (bathrooms) and other parts could use some TLC. We found the bedroom furniture to be comfortable but the living room sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable, great views from the balcony, miles of beach to walk, many pools and hot tubs to choose from. Unit had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our rental no issues recommend, all elevators pools jacuzzis gym are well maintained. Parking pass wristbands in condo upon arrival if using gym request a entry pass card it’s required.

I loved this condo. I would 100% stay here again. Our only problem was the dryer and they came to fix it right away. Everyone was super nice and easy check-in/check-out. The location is perfect, we stayed in tower 2 and it wasn’t as crowded!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this condo at the Majestic. All staff was friendly and helpful, but not up your butt either. Check in was contactless and easy, not some lengthy annoying process, the door code was time activated so we spent the day on the beach and then walked right up to our room when it was time. Arm bands and parking passes were already laid out. You get to walk around and do your own thing and no one on the staff will bother you, but they are still around and security is as well so it feels safe. As far the condo, it was absolutely perfect for us. Two bedrooms with king beds and nice bathrooms. Everything was clean and accessible, the balcony view was amazing and the porch was wide and roomy along with nice furniture for everyone to sit on. All appliances are brand new and easy to use, and the condo decoration’s were so homey. So, this condo really feels like a home. We will definitely be staying here again. Me and my 7 friends had all the room to stay comfortably. One of the best if not the best stays I have ever had in Panama, and I’ve stayed in the Majestic before... it’s this condo specifically that gave me my best stay yet.

Wonderful

The condo was really nice. It had a warm and cozy feeling upon arriving. We loved the upgraded showers and huge master suite. We also loved the balcony with great views. It was large and had enough seating for a family. My only issue was the water while taking a shower didn't stay warm for long it seemed like it was on a timer. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again!

First off This condo was very nice and we had a wonderful vacation. Just a few things that future renters may need to know. You have to drive to the rental company after you check out to return armbands. Total nuisance and we have never had to do this before with other condos. The panty is locked “ for owners use” and there is NOWHERE to store food in the TINY kitchen along with the cabinets in the pantry. The master bedroom bed and pillows was very cheap/ rickety but the guest bed was very nice. The table is so crammed into such a small space you can’t really use it without moving other furniture. Once we finally got inside (after the code didn’t work and the owner insisted I was at the wrong tower, we’ve stayed at Majestic for 8 years) the amount of dust on EVERYTHING was overwhelming. Last but not least after a day of beaching we come back to the condo to find that someone had been in the condo. To exchange out the washer but they come in without speaking to us. We contacted the rental company “that didn’t know” and had to call and find out and they come back later to finish the job while we was showering They left the base of this washing machine in our way the rest of our trip. The room was advertised with a pullout bed that wasn’t there so we compromised with the outside furniture for one of the kiddos to sleep on.

This place does not disappoint! It is beautifully decorated, looks better than the pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. Loved the tub to relax after long day at beach and shopping. Great location. Would love to stay here again,, had no issues.

My friends and I came here for our last spring break of college. None of us are super wild or crazy and this was the perfect place to come and relax for the week. The property was amazing and was better than we had hoped!! We had such a great time in this condo and hope to return soon!

Condo was great with a very nice view. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice place to stay on the beach.

Great place! Clean, affordable and close to the beach. My husband, myself and my two young kids for comfortably in the master bird room and my mother in law and nephew fit comfortably in the other bedroom. Highly recommend.

As a completely satisfied snowbird, this condo is amazing--beautifully decorated, very comfy and spectacular views. Very clean condo and well- maintained. Bathrooms are exceptionally awesome as was the balcony with the most comfortable outdoor furniture. Any issues we had were quickly resolved--kudos to 4* management--Lonnie and Whitney thank you for your attention! Only thing thing that I would change would be that the pantry closet be made available to store food and items necessary for a lengthy stay. We have already reserved for next year. Thankfully, Majestic Resort was spared from Hurricane Michael with only minimal damage. Hopefully the Tower 2 walkway, the painting of the property and the Front Beach Road construction will be completed for returning snowbirds. I would recommend this unit for a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Overall the room was clean and well kept. Our armbands and parking pass was not in the room when we got there so I spent an hour upon our arrival getting that taken care of. I felt like there could be better communication by the rental company as far as parking and unloading of our luggage.

We were extremely satisfied and overwhelmed at the extent of details and thought the owners show to their guests. We felt as if we were home. The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable and the design was suited so well for beach views! I loved the main bath and the dressing room was so convenient for my husband and I to bathe. Our 90 year old father loved taking a nap out in the rocker on the patio listening to the waves crashing! We had trouble getting the oven to turn off which Im sure was my fault as I am not used to the convection/regular oven combo. A suggestion might be to leave basic operating help for that. We figured out it would turn off if you use the timer. The beds were very comfy. The decor was professionally decorated. There were all the things we needed and more. It was the greatest experience and we enjoyed our stay so much! After the death of our only child last year, this was so very therapeutic and healing for us. There is nothing more relaxing than floating in that turquoise water or hanging out in the splendor of the condo or dining out at one of the great seafood restaurants. There were many to choose from. We enjoyed Capt Andersons cruise and gulf marine world which we chose for our dad. It was perfect for him and he so enjoyed it. Panama City is still my favorite place to visit. Thanks for all the wonderful memories made.

Once we arrived to our condo, it exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean and we overall had an amazing experience! Pictures didnt do justice.

The place is exactly as described. There are 2 ice machines in the condo that work beautifully. I called ahead and asked to make sure it was dusted because of severe allergies. Whitney went above and beyond even making sure the A/C filters were changed. You don't know how much I appreciated all of the management efforts that went into this rental. Thank you so much for a nice stay. The only thing that could be better would be to maybe replace the 2 chairs in the L.R. with 2 comfortable recliners instead. The sofa is a sleeper sofa and is not comfortable to sit on. The chairs are not comfortable either. The bed was fantastic as were the bathrooms. You have a beautiful view from the 18th floor. The balcony has plenty of seating as well. I just like to recline and put my feet up on vacation and that was the only thing I couldn't do there. Perhaps trading the sofa and 2 chairs with a sectional that has a couple of recliners in it, that would make it "The Perfect Condo". Thanks again :-)

Condo felt like home. All furniture was comfortable. Place was clean. Master suite was wonderful. Ice Maker did not work and made crazy sounds. Dish washer was not working properly. The view was beautiful. Kitchen is kind of awkward. But it works. We would stay again.

We stayed in the 2nd tower on the 18th floor. I was a little skeptical about being that high up but it really was not bad at all and it came with great views! The rental process was very easy and the room was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfy, and the master bath was great! (One of my favorite parts!)The only downfall to me was the pool. Which is noting to do with the rental company or owners, I just wanted to leave this in my review because I wish I had known beforehand about the pool. It is a nice size but it is 95% covered. This is an outdoor pool, that closes when it rains, and I just wish it was fully open. There is also an indoor pool in addition to this one.

Condo was very spacious. Really loved the huge shower in the master bathroom. Balcony view was breath taking. Elevators a little slow during peak hours. I didn't understand why we had to return the arm bracelets to Four Star Condo as we did not need them to swim in the pool during our stay. To return the them it was a 25min drive out of our way in returning home.

The Condo is beautifully decorated with the perfect touches. Very clean unit! Enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone. We would definitely reserve this same unit for any future visits to PCB. Thanks!

Perfectly located condo for our event. Very convienant with the door code and no need for "check in" or keeping track of keys. Condo was a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend/rebook in future. Adding a hair dryer and iron would be great, as those aren't always possible to pack on trips; in addition, leaving the pool arm bands in the condo after the stay.

We had another great time at Seabreeze Jazz Fest! The Majestic was a wonderful place to stay. I don't however like the fact that we could not check in until 4...and check out was 10am!!!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK!

This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. It is nicely decorated with every convience you could ask for. We did have some maintence issues that never did get taken care off. But it was the ice maker and we could live without that. The unit was quiet and comfortable. There are so many good restaurants nearby. We did enjoy The Wicked Wheel Restaurant many times. The unit is just the way it is pictured and described. Would recommend to a friend. We have already booked for next year.

Zoo world is small but great for young children who like to pet and feed animals!

The condo was great but you had to park across the street in a parking garage and the security was very rude and it was hard to find parking most of the time we had people staying at another hotel and they could not even come visit because they could not get a parking pass
