Aqua Vista 402-W

We enjoyed the condo. An had a beach side view. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the vents had water dripping out of them. A the handle in the wooden door was very lose. The condo was very dated . But ! Was decorated nice. We stlill enjoyed it . An would stay again.

Nice place it was clean and well kept. Four Star property management was friendly and attentive. View from balcony is nice. I wish there were recliners in the living room instead of the chairs. Some maintenance to the elevators and pool were being done when we were there a little bit of an inconvenience but I understand. I would recommend and stay there again

The vacation rental was great. It was by far one of the best stays we have had in PCB over the 45 years we have been going there. Four Star did the best job of making our stay the most pleasant. We would definitely recommend Four Star to other people and have been during our stay there.

Overall experience with this company was good, although I was disappointed that I had to go to another website and download a parking pass and print it out myself, would have been better if it was just e-mailed to me. The location and condition of the unit was very good. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and nice.
Now the complaint: The living room furniture ( both the sofa and the chairs)was so uncomfortable that it was practically unusable and impossible to sit on for any period of time. I would have given 5 stars otherwise, and a recommendation to others to stay here.

We had a wonderful experience & the rental unit was perfect. It was immaculately clean and so convenient to everything we needed. The unit contained everything we required. Aqua Vista in general felt safe, the well maintained pool was clean, & parking was secure. We would recommend the facility & this unit.

The place looked just like the pictures, it was equipped with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, had two chairs to take for the beach and an umbrella. The patio was nice and secluded and had the best views of dolphin pods in the morning. We loved staying here! If you like night walking on the beach it's a great area because we were the only ones walking every night! And during the day it was pretty calm crowds as well! Close to everything! 10/10 stay!!

Clean, nice location, quiet, nice beach. Not much to do there for teens - too far from the action at Pier Park to walk comfortably with all the road construction and no sidewalks. Grocery Store across the street was very convenient. Elevator had issues a few times but fixed immediately. Ceiling fell in parking garage on a man but he was not injured. Quick response and management stayed with him the entire time until help arrived. Mess was partially cleaned up but sidewalk blocked so cart couldn't be used in parking lot which made it difficult to load car. Unit was very nice, comfortable beds. Patio doors were very difficult to open from outside for elderly guest. Pool was small but nice and warm. Oven door wouldn't close and maintenance man fixed it quickly the next day. Very good customer service, very nice condo, great location for someone looking for quiet, relaxing beach vacation.

The beach was awesome but the condo could have been better.
1. They informed me about construction that should have been done during the off season after I made my last payment.
2. Elevators were turned off which was difficult for my autistic son who hates stairs.
4. Multiple things inside the unit was broken.

The trip was a ton of fun but I have never been to Panama and everything we wanted to do was on the other side of town and had to drive 20 or more minutes to everything. We also had to print out our parking decal and they didn’t have a printer anywhere at the condo so we had to drive back to four star to get it printer. The outside light on the patio never worked and they were doing construction work the whole time. I got an email a few days before saying they would be doing construction work but a few days before I leave for vacation, what am I suppose to do about it? We already took off work and paid for the trip. Every time i called four stars with a question they were pretty rude. I also don’t appreciate that I’m not 25 so y’all took $500 refundable fee and I’m gonna lose 17.50 from it. Maybe take the 500 after the place is cleaned and then if it has damage you can take the money. Cause it’s not my fault y’all want to take it and then I don’t get my full money back when we had no damage. I also haven’t gotten that back and I really would like it back so I don’t have to talk to the rude people again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo could use some up keep and when we walked bare footed on the floor it made our feet dirty and turn black. I re-cleaned the floors which was no problem. Not something I felt I needed to contact the property manager over. All elevators were not in working order and we did not know that and got stuck in one. My elderly parents were staying with us and they found another elevator further down from our condo and used it without issue. Me and the kids stuck with the stairs! I am leaving four stars because the condo was very reasonably priced and in a great location. We are not picky and love staying in a place with a great view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were in good working order. Overall great condo at a good price. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home as well. The only thing that would have been awesome is if this unit came with beach chair rentals included.

Our condo was amazing! The only complaint I had was our gate code to the beach didn't work and the rental company never got back to us with a working code, the elevator was a little slow but nothing like other places we have stayed. But other than that our stay was fantastic. Aqua Vista is a great location and we will be back!

Great relaxing beach stay.

This unit has a great 4th floor view of the beach. The beach is not crowded. Lots of families. Pool is nice, didn’t try the exercise room. Complex looks marginally cared for. Everything functioned well in the unit but seems nothing has been updated since it was constructed. Mirrors everywhere! Grocery store across the street. It was price adjusted so not complaining.

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista! The location was convenient to Winn Dixie, Pier Park, and many great restaurants. We loved the ocean view, and the beach was clean and not crowded! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. While it was very clean upon our arrival, there was some hair left in both showers and a used towel hanging in the bathroom. During our stay, maintenance came to repair a running toilet and also helped clean out the tracks of the sliding door, making it much easier to use. Parking was easy, and we loved the large spaces! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista!

It was in a great location! The condo was bigger than expected, which was great! The decorations are a little dated but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the condo. The floor was kind of dirty upon arrival. And the blinds to the porch won’t close. But overall, great place to stay!!

We liked the size of the building, the pool and general proximity to everything. Some of the things at the condo were malfunctioning and needed work. The spare pillows in the closet were yellow dirty. The condo service did not answer our maintenance call until 2.5 days later!The condo service needs to monitor their maintenance calls on weekends and answer them promptly.

We had a great time. Condo in a great location, great price. However, condo needs a good cleaning. Tubs were dirty, celing fans had dust clumps hanging off them, floor in kitchen by refrigerator was filthy, glass doors looking out on patio had finger prints and smudges all over them, bedspread had big stains and pool was murky and green.

It was a great time. The condo was exactly what it showed and read. It was clean and neat. The beach was great and not crowded.

Will not use FourStar Condo Services again due to slowness/refusal to respond to reported maintenance issues. Problems reported at arrival weren't fixed for 5 days of 7 day stay. Dishwasher was never fixed during entire stay.

We stayed for seven days arriving on saturday afternoon 8-26-17 . While I was driving to our condo my wife was looking over the paperwork and noticed we didn't have a code for the parking gate. She called the number and was given the code so that when smooth. There was no check in process like at a hotel, where you register at the front counter. You just use your code to parking gate, use your door code to enter your condo, that's it, let your vacation begin, awesome. We looked over the condo noticed it was still quite warm in there, noticed a few issues with condition, counter top lifting up, blinds on sliding glass doors not closing correctly, cabinet doors not closing correctly, the code on our paperwork was not correct to connect to the wifi router, I called the number given to report all this, it went right to voice mail I left the message and both of our cell phone numbers, we never got a call back all week. The condo did cool down the ac must have just been turned on or down just prior to our arrival. We found the code for wifi by reading thru the past guest log book that was in the living room. Other then that it was a excellent place to stay right on the beach with great views of the ocean from patio, living, kitchen, dining rooms, very quiet, close to everything to do in PCB. Pool and hot tub area was great. Everything was as described. We will be coming back and staying at Aqua Vista again using 4 star services.

Our experience at this condo was absolutely wonderful, it was our home away from home! Location was excellent with everything we needed close by! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our vacation for the month was a pleasant experience. The management staff was very helpful with inquiries. All around the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The view from the balcony was excellent. Overall it was a nice condo, a good experience and we would recommend it to others.

Condo needs updating furniture and appliances. Floors were dirty on arrival had to sweep entire condo. Light bulbs shot in hallway, handle broke on patio door, dimmer switch broke in dining area, some outlets not working in 2nd bedroom. And the main entrance door sticks when opening

Aqua Vista was very nice and my family had a great time. The only issue we had was that the condo was not clean at all. We called when we go in the room to have the floor cleaned but it was still dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well and all the mirrors in the place were dirty. This seemed to be a trend with other guest going by the guest book.
But besides the room not being clean as you would expect it to be paying that much money. We had a great time at the condo and would stay there again. Maybe not 402W unless it was cleaned better. I gave property 2 stars based on the condo not the property in all. The rest of the building was keep very clean.
