Continental 502

This is our 4th time staying at Continental. My husband and I always stayed in a studio . This year we decided to stay a full week and up graded to the one bedroom. Unit 502, we will be booking with you next year. Everything in this unit was amazing. We got there about an hour early and I called customer support got (Whitney) who was extremely helpful and let us in. Customer support 5 star. Mattress extremely comfortable. View spectacular.

We just returned from a stay at 502. Condo was very clean, bed super comfortable, and unit is in a great location. Looks as pictured, would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Boho Beach Retreat very much. The condo was nice and the beach front view was excellent.

We love this condo! We stayed once last year and in May this year and returning in September! It is very clean with very chic decor.....decorated beautifully. Love the new blue couch with chase lounge! Great view of the gulf and you can walk steps away and you are at the ocean. Had foot surgery and the elevator was so convenient, and great for groceries and suitcases. This is the only place we will stay at PCB!! Four Star is excellent, as well!

Place very clean as presented to us. Four Seasons was very responsive to our calls and questions, very friendly, cordial. Property was represented as shown, right size for 2 people. View of beach was fabulous, enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee. Right on the beach.

The condo was very clean. The location was near activities and next to the beach. It was obvious the owner is serious about the property. 4 Star was great to deal with.

The condo was so beautiful and clean! Everything you could possibly need was provided. The condo was designed with ease in mind. The bunk beds (we didn’t use) had barn door that closed them off from the bathroom and living area, would even have own private and quiet area. Coffee bar area was so cute and even starter k-cups were provided. View was wonderful! The property was clean, elevators were quick, grill area and pool were nice and very clean and we will stay at The Continental again! This is a gem!

Meet all my families needs! Good place at a great price. Room/kitchen was equipped with all your essentials. Will be back.

Everything needed for our stay was included as stated. This rental is for those that spend most of their trip at the beach or out on the town. We wanted a place to stay that provided a place to sleep and have a few meals, this more than met this expectation. Laundry situation was smooth as there are several communal laundry stations. Rental provided plenty of room for our family of four. (2a/2k) Condition of rental was very nice. Again, everything stated in description of rental was present as expected. Definitely recommend staying here. Property is well maintained with very nice and helpful staff. There is also an underground parking area that we weren’t aware of.

Condo was clean and stocked. Enough parking for guests and very walkable to restaurants, stores, and Pier Park. The balcony view is beautiful and it was easy to get to the beach. Elevators were responsive. Overall, nice place to stay for a beach vacay. Only complaint is the dampness in the condo most likely from the wall AC units. Condo could use a dehumidifier.

I am so impressed with Peter and Darlene in the Panama City Beach office.
The television in the main room of the condo would not allow us to change channels which was frustrating. I contacted the condo office and it was closed with no contact number available. I called 4Star Condo Services
many times. Glenda said she would contact the cable company but they never came.I spoke to VBOR several times but they were unable to help me. It is now Wednesday and we arrived on Saturday afternoon. Finally, Peter tried to troubleshoot different options over the phone .I tried to move the TV box and the chords fell behind a very heavy chest. Peter realized we would now have no TV. He generously came to our condo and we realized the box was behind the TV , unable to reach the remote. I was very impressed with the 4Star Condo Service and the wonderful customer service! We are big Braves and PGA fans and would not have been able to watch those! The condo was beautiful, newly renovated with chic decor. The proximity to the beach was very close and the balcony right by the water. We love the Continental Condos. They have underground parking, an ice machine, and just steps to the gulf! Home was just like the pictures. Very clean and looked to be recently updated. The bathroom was a little tight, but the rest of the rooms were very roomy. The thing I missed most was a dishwasher. If you eat all your meals out, this won't be a problem, but I did miss a dishwasher. But the view of the ocean as you walk into this property was just awesome! And the sunsets from our balcony were fantastic.

So close to everything. Great views.

A very cute unit in an older condominium complex under going some construction work. The unit was fairly clean but there was no dishwasher, despite there being dishwashing powder on the kitchen counter and searching the entire unit. It was then that I also realized that there was no washer/dryer in the unit either. I’m sure I just overlooked it and assumed there would be a set. Would recommend to a friend.

Good experience overall. Air conditioner in living room wasn’t the best and gave off an odor

The room was beautiful and updated. The building is smaller so the crowds were minimal on the beach. It is within walking distance of Pier Park and many restaurants.

Condo has just been redone and was nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. We were disappointed that the beach service (chairs/umbrella) were not included with the rental and feel this would be more convenient for travelers. It is the first rental we have had without it and while we brought our own chairs and umbrella, it was a pain. We will never rent a place again that doesn’t have it included. Overall it was a great place and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and especially Pier Park!
