Marisol 1001

This is our 2nd stay. Love this condo and the huge space! We had more than enough room & it was very clean. Had to call maintenance 1 time for something very minor and they came very quickly and took care of it! Our biggest issue was the kitchen. We have a large family and cook in almost every night. It’s almost impossible to cook in the kitchen because it is not stocked well with basic things. I would suggest bringing measuring cups, measuring spoons, baking pans, etc.. if you plan to cook. Otherwise, we had a great time

What a GREAT property !!! We stay in PCB every year and this will be our go to condo !! Wonderful location !! The property management team is really on top of everything. We had a GREAT time !!!

Very pleasant! Enjoyed the big penthouse condo! Not enough towels! Pool not heated starting at beginning of our stay April 1st. Should be heated as it was ice cold water!

Marisol 1001 was a great rental property. My family and I had a great time. The property was nice and clean with plenty of room. The view is beautiful and beach access was easy with top notch attendance. I would definitely recommend this property for large families such as ours.

We had a great time bringing three generations to the beach. The condo was clean and I have no complaints. Plenty of room to spread out, bed comfortable. C

My family and I loved this condo. It was amazingly clean. When we checked in at 4pm, after a family had just checked out at 10am, there was not a single grain of sand anywhere and it was spotless. The space is exactly what my family needed. The huge balcony was perfect for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded while trying to enjoy the views. The complementary beach chairs were very appreciated and made this condo that much better! We will definitely be making this condo our yearly vacation spot!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I had renting this condo. The views are amazing, the condo was spotless upon move-in and the location was perfect for us. A few minor issues were handled quickly by the property management company!

We all enjoyed the spacious beachfront condo with a panoramic view from almost every room. Our issues arose with the inadequate parking and the kitchen. One of our family members parked in the handicapped spot for ease with his wheelchair which required displaying the "red" parking pass and the "green" parking pass had to be displayed to park in the PAY lot across the street at $7/day so 3 of the 4 vehicles had to pay extra, while the second provided space remained empty throughout our stay because it also required the same "green" parking pass. Non-stick pans would be helpful and a complete set of silverware would have been very helpful. Easy fixes, to an otherwise perfect stay! Also, the front King window is leaking and it's very noisy with the wind.

Condo is gorgeous with so much space! We had 12 people and more than enough room. Sitting room of the master was our favorite!! All of the kids did their school in that room & it was amazing! The dishwasher didn’t clean well but the repair man (super nice!) came that day and it was fixed! I would suggest bringing some basic kitchen items if you plan to cook a lot. We like to make most meals in the condo but it wasn’t stocked well. We purchased 13x9 pans, 8x8 pans, measuring spoons & some other basic things so we were able to make most meals there. The balcony is HUGE! Note:There are only Adirondack chairs on the balcony. We have someone who is physically unable to get out of those due to stroke recovery so we always had to bring a dining room table chair outside for her to be able to enjoy the balcony. Just something to think about if you have someone that has any physical handicaps. Elevators were always quick with no wait! Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely love this place! Lots of room for 3 families. Gorgeous view on a massive wrap-around balcony with cute newer Adirondack chairs. Would love to see the tile/grout on the floors get a super-deep cleaning. Loved the upgrade appliances and new fridge, but the dishwasher should be the next focus, it just doesn't clean that well anymore. We still hear what can only be described as a power cycle when the A/C kicks on, it's been happening a few years. Typically only notice in the evenings when everyone is quiet.

The unit had 5 bedrooms that fit our need for five adults and five grandchildren. The grandkids love the bunk room. It was their hideaway! The unit was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony is huge with no blocked views in both directions. The pool was advertised as heated but it wasn’t. Being honest, this was very disappointing. With grandkids from 3-8 years old looking forward to this more than anything, it was way too cold to swim. We found out while there they don’t heat the pool in March?? Remember that if you go this time of year!

Both Master bedrooms were great and the bonus area with pullout was great for the small kids. First time in PCB and really enjoyed the beautiful beach. There was a rip in one of the chairs and a couple of lightbulbs that were out but nothing that impacted our stay. Check in was super easy-would definitely go back!

This place was beautiful.Very clean just needs some furniture updates recliner had a large rip in the seat . It rained all week during our stay !

Our family completed our yearly fall break trip, staying at the Marisol 1001. The balcony is one of my favorite parts, with wrap-around views of the ocean and lots of space. The spacious bedrooms keep all 10 guests feeling like they have their own space to rest. The massive master bedroom gives the extra sitting area so kids can enjoy their electronics without disturbing everyone else. The beach was excellent and the weather did not disappoint!

This place is awesome. Very accommodating with breath taking views of the gulf. All rooms were well equipped & the host was very responsive. The place is central to all malls, stores & restaurants. We will absolutely return.

The condo is amazing. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nicely furnished. Only very minor issues like the refrigerator filter alarm beeping which was resolved. Some of the guest rooms get a little stuffy during the day but we’re fine at night time and it was very hot while we were there. It was expensive, But you get what you pay for. The balcony is enormous.I just wish this building had a hot tub and slightly better pool. But that is nothing against this condo itself.

We have rented this condo for the past several years. Our entire immediate family typically stay. We typically have 11 to 12 family members. There are four bedrooms and 4 children bunk beds in a room. The view from the balcony is outstanding (continuos wall of windows). The condo is perfect for our family. Everyone has an amazing time! We look forward to staying at the best condo on the beach! We are counting down the days until our trip next year.

So much room to spread out, 5 Bedrooms and a view that is breathtaking. The only only only item i would like to see added, is a lock on the front door, kids cant get too.

The condo was perfect for our family. Each group had their own room to escape to. Bathrooms were roomy. Master suite was wonderful (actually too big). Excellent view of the beach.

The condo was amazing! It was on the best part of PCB. Very private, no noise inside or around the condo. It was very family friendly and just an amazing space! Anytime we had a question the host was very responsive and the arrival/departure procedure is a breeze! Traveling with a 9 month old, 7 and 8 year old and another family with a 2 year old and teenagers we thought would be stressful but the accommodations were amazing and made it a great experience.

This condo was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious and fits a large group easily. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed the smaller building meaning less beach traffic and more quiet building. The rental company was very helpful. Would definitely use them again and looking forward to returning.

We have stayed in this condo before, and it is always an aesthetically pleasing place! There is ample space for all the kids, each family has space to move around, and the access to the beach and restaurants is perfect!

Rental was as advertised - I would say some things need to be updated/repaired. The sliding doors in master bedroom/siting room and 2nd master really don't slide - there were some other things that could use attention - nothing that ruins the trip though - depends on how picky you want to be.

Very relaxing; loved the view; We rotated fixing meals due to COVID - no restaurants visits to avoid crowds. Loved amenities and kitchen. To improve the stay, the master mattress is broken and needs fixing. It slants downward so severely that ones tends to roll over. Decorative pillows were used to level mattress temporarily.

We recently rented the Marisol 1001 unit and had a great experience. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of personal touches. We had 9 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The view from the huge balcony was outstanding. A large kitchen with 2 refrigerators allowed us to eat in most nights. Other than a problem with the air conditioner, which was corrected to our satisfaction, our experience was wonderful. The management company was quick to respond and took care of us.
