Condo was clean orderly. Lots of extra beach umbrella , chairs , goggles! Home ready condo! Location was perfect and so was emerald beach! Quiet and friendly community and staff was great!! Would love to rent again!! Price was perfect!!

The condo is wonderful! The location is great! It's between two areas of the beach with large highrise condos, making those beach areas busy. The beach in front of this condo is much less crowded and pretty peaceful. The condo has all you need to stay and enjoy your time. We will certainly book again! The very minor inconveniences were, the day before we were to leave, the owners swapped the daybed with trundle for a full size in the loft. No biggie, except our two daughters were going to use the day bed and trundle and did not want to share the same bed (restless sleepers). So one had to sleep on the couch. Which is a pull out but appears that the legs on the pull out have been bent. The other issue was on our drive in, we received another call, that the fridge had gone out and we had a much smaller one to use while during our stay. But they had it there and ready. Lastly, they state they provide one package of laundry detergent, we had 4 packs for dishwasher only. No biggie, we bought more. All in all, we recommend this place and the management company was helpful in communicating the changes.

We are a family of 5 and thought we were getting two bedrooms plus a loft. Instead we got one bedroom and loft. No biggy but misleading.. Everything else was great! The kitchen is well stocked and the provided beach towels along with beach chairs and umbrella! That made the stay so nice. Our twins absolutely loved the spiral staircase and loft with their own TV. Seeing them happy made us even happier. Not having room key cards to manage was fantastic, too. We loved that is is a small and quiet place because the beach was never crowded like is us in front of big resorts. The beach front at Nautical Watch is gold. We loved our stay and would do it again. In the reviews before renting it was stated that it was a spotless clean place. Well, there is a giant stain on the sofa, the ceiling fans were dirty and the upstairs trundle was damaged. However, none of these things kept us from having a wonderful stay, just another misleading point in our booking process.

Love the beachfront condos at Nautical Watch. We come yearly and have stayed in several units. This one was clean and well appointed. We booked again for next year.

Everything we needed was there. We had a beach bag, towels, chairs, boogie boards and even a freezer bag. Most importantly the unit was clean and well kept!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. My favorite part was the view of the ocean.

Enjoyed our stay on the beach. Love that the balcony was open. Had everything we needed. Will definitely visit again. So cozy!

Condo met all of our expectations. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful beachfront views and sunsets. Property management communication was excellent and responsive. Easy check in and out.

The condo was nice but the lack of bathrooms was not a plus ... and the steps all the way up were not manageable .. no elevators .. good for young couples that live to climb steps... and the tv remotes were very confusing ..

We had the most perfect and relaxing vacation while here in October. We had zero complaints, and this will not be our last time staying at Nautical Watch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great views right from the balcony. Loved the fact that the beach was less crowded as compared to the high rise condos next door. Folks at 4 star were very prompt and responsive to our enquiries. Will surely return.

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. The view was absolutely beautiful and it was very convenient being beachfront. The pool was very nice as well! There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of kitchen tools available to us. The host was also very quick to answer any questions we had and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation at PCB!

This was our first vacation to PCB and we fell in love with this destination! The condo was absolutely wonderful with great views of the Gulf of Mexico! Very nicely decorated and comfortable throughout. Great quiet location yet within a short distance from great restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend this vacation rental!!

We spent 30 days. We appreciated the Beach view and Beach access. The condo is cozy. It is in the East side of the city, wich is Older than the West side. The management company gives a kind and rapid service. The sunset is wonderful!

We loved our stay in this unit, it has everything we need and more. The furniture is comfortable and the walk to the beach was so short. We had amazing sunsets every night.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Nautical Watch. The place was very clean and fit our needs for a family beach getaway. We had a beautiful view of the gulf amd the water was so clear amd blue during our stay. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach along with some boogie boards. The beds were comfy. We were looking for a place that wasn't in a high rise and quieter area and this place met our criteria. Close to great food and things to do. Would recommend others to stay here. We will be returning to this rental on our next trip to PCB.

This Condo was everything it was billed to be and more. We were able to settle in quickly and with everything clearly organized and marked...there were no surprises...and a peaceful, easy vacation was at hand.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean, and for the two of us spacious. The view and accessibility of the beach was great. The pool was great. Kitchen well supplied. One big suggestion that owners replace worn out queen with a king size bed. Other furniture was great, balcony great, lots of water toys available for the kids. One last suggestion: we did not have the most up to date access code for the gate opening to the beach in our last email.

Loved the view and location. Great for walking the beach, and relatively close to many restaurants.

Would recommend for others! Lots of little extras that mean alot! The showerhead could be changed but still worked. Loved our visit.
