I had an incredible experience with the staff at Four Stars Property Management. They went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process, ensuring that our check-in was smooth and that our stay was enjoyable. They even followed up to ensure that everything was perfect during our time in the condo. The staff at Splash were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The condo was impeccably clean, and we encountered absolutely no issues during our stay. I highly recommend booking with Four Stars Property Management!

This place is amazing for a family. I e been going to splash for about 6 years and love the resort. This condo is spacious and perfect for families.

Was ok the furniture needs updated and kitchen needs stocked better with cups, silverware, I had to go buy silver.

We have rented numerous condos in PCB but we were always down on the east side of the strip where all the activities were. We chose to move to the quieter west end of the strip and especially picking Splash condo for the water park it offered for our 2-year old grandson to enjoy. From the lazy river, to the pools and water slides, we all had a great time. The condo we picked was perfect for our family of 5. It came with most everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Bonus was it came with 2 reserved beach chairs and an umbrella, (even though those chairs were a little too close to each other). The only downfall I have for the Splash condo resort is they need more than 2 elevators. We did have issues on check out day trying to get an elevator that wasn't full just to get our cart in to get down to the lobby. Other than that, we did not have any issues. I have rented from Four Star Condo Services before at many different condos on PCB and I will continue to rent from them. They are friendly and very helpful.

We loved the condo! Our room was super clean and the beach chairs were an added bonus! Great location and the kids loved the lazy river and pools. The check in process was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. The balcony was the perfect size with enough chairs for my family of 5 to sit out and enjoy the view. Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed in several condos at Splash through the years. So obviously we love this location mainly for the “water park” on the ground floor. This was a first stay at 606W. It was a great 2 bedroom condo that was well stocked with essentials. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/glasses/etc. were in the kitchen. There were also 2 blenders and a coffee maker. A chair rental was included when we booked this condo which we reserved at the beach booth when we first arrived to get a “front row” spot. They did not have extra beach toys at the condo like some condos do but we always bring our own so that was fine with us. Overall we would definitely book this condo again for our family.

The rental was very clean and beautiful!! The second bedroom king bed frame was falling apart. Luckily our kids were small and it didn't affect their sleep. The pools/splash pad are supposed to be heated but were cold. The one pool did warm up with the sun for the second half of the day. Somewhat slow elevators, but that comes with any resort. The free beach service provided and the staff at Splash were great! My family overrall had a great time!

We were very pleased with our experience and would book this condo again. We loved there were two bedrooms and right on the beach. Beach service was included which was so nice. The employees were very friendly as well. The kids pool area saved us with our a 5 year old.

The condo was clean and was exactly as stated. We had no issues or problems with anything within the condo itself.
Splash is such a large complex/resort, more elevators would be a great addition. We had to wait for an elevator on our check out day for 45 minutes (the elevators were full each time they opened, couldn't fit luggage cart bc elevator was too full). We liked the location of the resort, the bar and restaurant were nice, beach access and pools were great. We really liked that beach chairs were part of the condo also, that was a great bonus.
The condo had good space and a great balcony. This trip, we had 6 people in this 2 bedroom condo: it was my husband, myself, my 21 y/o son and 3 18 y/o girls. Everyone had a good time.

Property overall was great .... Would love to have some safety rail for beds .... They sit high and we traveled with a toddler .... Improvised and made our own using sleeper sofa and loveseat and lots of pillows

We enjoyed our stay, however this property needs some work. Old decor (mounted fish from 1968), saggy furniture with no toss pillows. Called for maintenance twice, once they called us to tell us there was a leak affecting condo below. Master bathtub filled up about 6 in. Plunging did nothing. It drained on its own 10 hr later. Mildew around tub. Shortage of silverware: only 1 teaspoon. Were there last year and knew we needed to take kitchen utensils this year.

Overall, it was a nice experience.

We had a great stay. The location was fantastic and the condo was clean and spacious. The only issues were the elevator being super slow and problem we had with the resort itself, not the management company. There are only 2 elevators in each tower and a lot of floors. On busy times of the year you may wait a very long time for the the elevator to get to your floor and it will probably be super crowded. Also be sure to include all of your guests at check-in because the resort will not allow you to change anything after that. My 17 year old was originally going to the beach with friends, but her plans were changed and even though I only had 3 in a condo unit that holds 6, the resort would not let me add her to the reservation. The management company and owner of the condo tried to get her added, but that is the rule of the resort so make sure you don't have a change in plans because there is no flexibility.

It was wonderful. Everything was nice. I loved just sitting on the balcony looking at the water.

room very nice, great views. Wanted to try hot tub always full of kids. Once 22 kids in hot tub(I stop and counted). We paid for early and late check out. Management fast to take money out. Last day with late check out went out for breakfast came back 10am and code to open door no longer worked. Called management company never heard back after 30 min us standing in hall way decided to head home. Lucky we pack up nite before. We lost 50 dollars. Besides that and kids in hot tub all good. Nice vacation. Very nice room.

I booked this unit through AIRBNB online and received confirmation that it would be hosted by FOUR STAR CONDO SERVICES. Never use AIRBNB unless you check prices for your unit through all other sources ie; FOUR STAR CONDO SERVICES, VRBO, TRAVELOCITY, VACASA, etc. I paid over $300 more than I would have if I had called FOUR STAR CONDO SERVICES direct. The unit was as advertised in size and location. We checked in on Saturday afternoon to a little chaos as far as luggage carts and parking. This is the first place that I paid over $300 a night and still had to pay for a parking spot. The WiFi Password was incorrect and the door code was changed on the day before we were to checkout. Four Star did take care of the door code problem but could not help with the WiFi. I had to go to the Resort desk to get the password which they didn’t want to give me because they didn’t rent me the condo. We had no space for groceries in the kitchen and the refrigerator had an ice dispenser in the door that was locked out. The thermostat would not go below 70 because the rules said it would freeze up. I have been in the HVAC business for over 50 years and you can’t set the t’stat low enough to freeze it, they are just trying to save on electricity. FOUR STAR CONDO SERVICES answered all my calls and were very professional
