Sugar Beach 19C

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach so much. We enjoyed the private beach and pool. We cooked meals and also enjoyed some local food.

The rental experience was really good; I am INSANELY picky, so saying it was good means it was. The only thing that I can nitpick is the quality of the furniture, which was cheap. I was constantly afraid that we might break the furniture, even though we were using it as intended. The appliances were nice. Location was perfect, I always want to stay on the lowest level because I have small children. Not having to drag things up and down is great. You could see the beach and the ocean right past the sea oats from our room. The bed configuration was okay, but it would have been much better if the second bedroom had two queen-size beds; one was a queen, I think, and the other was a full. Being critical, the pool was closed for two days for repair while we were there. That was something that was sprung on us a day or so before we arrived. There was a lot of construction/upgrades/maintenance work going on while we were there. I am sure the upgrades were needed, but they were noisy, and there were a lot of workers hanging around.

This was the perfect condo on Panama City city beach. The unit is so close to the ocean it beats any high rise you will stay in. We are already planning our booking for next year.

Nice unit, good location , beach front..clean and well maintained

Everyone I spoke to was very nice! The condo was nicely furnished, appliances were new and clean, but could use some updates on fixtures and basic things like floorboards, back splash. Bathrooms were clean and basic. 2 of 3 tvs were not working, not that TV was a priority for day, but would have been nice for evening. I understand they are going thru construction and repairs from the hurricane but the gutters were not working during heavy rain we experienced while there. Lots of ants everywhere. Outside furniture was good. I would still recommend this property but price should be lower until construction is complete.

Pardon their mess as they are going through renovations but my family and I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We will definitely be coming back everything was exactly as advertised from the location to the amenities. This was my kids first time at the beach so we spent most of the time on the beach next time we'll be staying longer to actually enjoy some attractions.I had 1 maintenance request and it was resolved the very next day with no problem I would recommend this property to everyone.

My stay was one of the best I have ever had. The property is perfectly located on the beach and close to many activities. The property was clean and very well maintained. I will be recommending Sugar Beach to all of my family and friends.

We had a great experience with this rental. Unit was clean and the location was perfect. This unit is has a very short walk to the beach. Also, so many places to eat that are a short walk.

This place is fantastic and easy access to pool and beach. Clean room and property. Upkeep is perfect and ground crew keeps everything looking clean and neat. Definitely would stay again

Overall place was nice. Living room furniture could use an update, but the place was super clean. Easy access to the beach, but there are about 5 or 6 steps to get to the beach access. Beach is very close to the room and not very crowded. Would recommend.

Great location-short walk to beach. So nice to be able to go back and forth to and from the beach in a matter of a couple of minutes.

The amenities were the down fall of this rental...
Had to call for a new coffee pot that didn’t work, only 2 rolls of bath tissue for 2 bathrooms & 2 small quarter size bars of bath soap..

They state there are beach chairs available- and that’s not true.. we spend 60$ a day for that

Location is absolutely perfect. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Loved having lounger and umbrella available at no additional cost. Couch, chair and beds are somewhat uncomfortable, but doable. Would definitely go back

The condo pictures are just what you see except the chair in the corner is not there; otherwise all was good. I think there should be another chair or two in the living room area if you have guests over.

The management responded very quickly to an issue with the sliding glass door, which was greatly appreciated.

Nice and cozy, dishwasher, refrigerater, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms great for a family or friends. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They only bad was only 2 beach chairs included but there were 6 of us. If you don't mind a little dated around the edges, this is the place for you. Would stay here again!

The property location and layout is one of the best to be found in Panama City. Absolutely perfect. That can not be said of the property management. The first morning waking up we found ourselves locked in the bedroom. The door latch mechanism was broken and would not open the door. The window was sealed shut and would not open properly. The coffee maker was faulty and would not operate. One of the sliding glass doors going out to the patio was screwed shut. Son in law was attacked by mosquitos while sleeping and woke up to six bites on his face. The property managements attitude and actions were impassive from the beginning of registering at the office. Although the property management was kind about it, they did not provide solutions to some real safety issues.

Perfect vaca condo for me and my 3 grown daughters. Spacious, clean and love the decor. 30 seconds walk to beach, pool and rec room. Ladies at check in gave the best recommendations for restaurants and fish market!
Needs a new coffee pot and sliding door needs some WD40! Perfect few days!! Would definitely stay here again!

We had 2 couples and a 10 year old and stayed 5 days. Unit was sweet and simple, just what we needed. Location was great. Close to pool and beach.

Early check in/late check out costs extra (if possible) - eehh, a little greedy in my opinion.

Other than that we throughly enjoyed the condo and our vacation all together. I would, and probably will stay here again!

Our stay was great and we loved the location. The condo was well stocked and extremely clean when we got there. It was right on the beach which we loved. The only issue we had was the dryer didn’t work but a repair guy was called out that same day to fix it. Will definitely come again
