awesome place that has a great location with super easy access to the beach, awesome view of the full beach and is super nice. full enjoyed it and planning to come back next year. One thing that would help is fiber based full speed internet

We had a great time in Panama City Beach. No issues with the condo! A/C and everything worked well. Easiest room to get to, it’s on the ground floor and its close to the front door of the resort. Our driver could drop us off and we would just walk in the front door. Because of this, it was easy to get to the beach as well. We had family in another room on the 27th floor and while their view was nice, they were envious that we didn’t have to wait on elevators, which can take some time since there are 30-31 floors. There were lots of workers to manage the resort as well, in regards to security and staff maintaining the common areas.

This condo is on the bottom floor, which was a lifesaver. If you were traveling with kids or elderly guest like we were, it made this trip so much more enjoyable. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated four star and their excellent customer service. Will definitely be booking through them again in the future.

This condo’s location is very convenient...no elevators to worry about or wait for! The beach is right out the back door. The adults loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Every thing in this condo is up to date!

Very pleased with the convenience of the ground floor, the condo was clean and came with everything needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again.

We were so happy to see all the new updates done when we arrived new floors new furniture new paint on the ground floor was a big plus the view of the beach and ocean was unbelievable so many people would stop by while we were on the patio to say we had the perfect place here we have already booked this condo for next year if you want a great place to stay it is at tidewater 10 you won't be sorry

Being on the ground floor was awesome. The carpet had stains and looked dirty because of that. The couches had stains also. The carpets need to be replaced with tile and hardwood. Other than that it was okay. Also had to pull the outside door 4-5 times to get it to lock. I would say this unit needs some TLC.

Excellent experience and being in the first floor was amazing! Other guests stood in line forever for elevators but not us! Room was spacious and decorated well.

Our only concern was that the curtains on the sliding doors were very dirty and carpet has no place at the beach. These two things did not hinder our stay though. We loved it and would rent it again!

Home was very nice and clean. We ended up with bunk beds instead of the office which was nice even though we did not need them. Rental was stocked with all kitchen necessities. View from first floor is perfect. We were able to pack up and walk steps to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!!

We always request ground level when booking in FLA for easy, quick beach access and eliminating elevators. The location of this unit exceeded our expectations. It is literally steps from the beach via the boardwalk and entry to the (front) street side of the unit was a huge plus. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The vaulted ceilings in the main living area was very nice. Four of us stayed during our visit so having a 3rd bathroom was a plus. We were there for beach time only so did not utilize any of the properties facilities. The resort is well maintained and plenty of security staff directing and managing guests. Great communication by Four Star Mgt Company before our arrival and during our visit. Black out curtains have been installed in each of the rooms so light was not an issue. We highly recommend this unit

Overall the condo unit is a convenient location on PCB but difficult to get in an out of especially if you're parking a car. The garage unit is across a busy street and you cannot load/unload luggage at the main entrance. Very inconvenient. You have to take a cart up to the 2nd floor walk over bridge back to the garage. Not ideal.

Had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We’ve stayed at this resort many times throughout my sons life- he’s now almost 17. This time, will be our last. When we arrived, the room smelled like sewage. The smell dissipated so we ignored it. There are cracks in the tiles, mold growing On the shower curtain, holes in the master bedspread, the furniture is dirty, carpet filthy, a plastic bowl was put away dirty in the cabinet(looked like Cheetos), the dryer had a hard time drying a small
Load. Light illuminates the master bedroom at night and makes it very hard to sleep. The gym at the resort is in need of repairs. Rusted equipment and they keep it 88° in there. The indoor pool was cloudy and needed some work. Most employees were nice and friendly, some could use education in hospitality. The last night, as we packed to go home, the sewage smell was back and it was awful. Called the number on the fridge and no help at all. Reported it to security and they made note. All we could do at that time.
All in all, with as much as we found wrong, we still made it a great time and enjoyed our beach time. We will just stay elsewhere when we return in a few months.

Tide Water 10 was awesome. Very convenient location of the room. Especially considering the elevators were taking an hour. We did go for the 4th of July so we expected it to be busy. We could also see the firework show from our room.

Great Condo! The condo was in perfect condition; very clean, new couch and love seat. The best part of the condo was the location; ground floor was the only way to go while staying at Tidewater.

When we arrived we had a couple minor issues that Four Star Condo Services addressed within minutes. Highly recommend working with them as they went out of their way to get us in early and with the replacement of the new couch, (owner had purchased a couch with no pull out bed, Four Star worked with owner and had a replacement new couch delivered that day). Four Star Condo Services provided excellent service.

Our 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo was exceptional having a complete kitchen,great first floor location and first classs living room view. Had all comforts of our home.Carrie from reservations was not as helpful this year as last; problems with check in and no returned phone call

Mattresses need replaced. Slept on sofa.
Light shines into bedrooms and no blackout curtains so had to cover windows with black sheets.
Patio furniture is ready to fall apart so anybody coming needs to bring your own chairs for safety sake.

I was in town with friends to participate in the full Ironman event. The location at Tidal Wave was great, even after the race (we could walk back). This unit is in a surprise location, right next to the lobby door. You do not need any wristbands to get to the door because it is outside of the hallway entrances, not stairs or elevators for this unit).

The unit overall was fine but here are some things to note:
The both bedrooms are at the back of the unit, next to the entrance door., which is right next to the lobby entrance. Cars are pulling up all the time, people are talking outside your windows and the bright lights of the front drive come in through the blinds at all times so if you are sleeping and wake-up you have to check the clock to see what time it is. The owners cannot do anything about the location but I contacted them with a recommendation to replace the basic blinds to light canceling. (Also if laying in bed from the smaller room you can look out the current blinds and see who is out there so maybe they can see in.

Next the patio is another area that the owners have no control over but I will mention. The unit is on the main hotel walkway and so if you want to keep your curtain open people are constantly looking in. We made a game and made sure to wave at people and they would wave back. If you are looking for privacy get a unit on another floor where you have a balcony. The seating on the patio is in pretty rough shape and they have a fold up chair missing a bolt that needs to go before someone gets hurt.

Cooking tools in the kitchen are another area that could use work. The non-stick pans are in rough shape and so if you do not want to have tephlon in your food you will want to use one of the aluminum pan with non stick spray (otherwise you have to scrub the pan later). The kitchen had 4 large plates so we were constantly washing.

We had a great time. We had 4 people stay very comfortably. Being on the first floor is a must, as we had MULTIPLE guests complain about the long waits at the elevators.

It was very convenient to stay on the ground floor at Tidewater. Very easy access to the beach and no wait for elevators.

Condo was clean, very spacious, and it was great to have 3 full bathrooms! Bedrooms were literally right next to the drop off/pick up area for the building and it was loud late at night and very early in the morning. In addition, lights from the front illuminate the bedrooms all night long. Light sleepers would not get a good nights rest here.

We did not see the mask or quiet hours policies enforced.

Was glad to have one outdoor hot tub open during our stay, we enjoyed using it in the evenings.

Great location in PCB. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Beautiful white sand and clean water right out front. Dolphins and sting rays visited every day. Many biting flies on the beach distracted from our enjoyment.

We left an important item in our condo and management was not able to retrieve it for us post check-out time, so be sure to double check before you leave!

Our dryer made a constant awful loud noise until Friday right being leaving which was hard to get my young kids to nap. Our smoke detector was not hung up when arriving. The condo was cute and and beach access was amazing.

Great staying on ground floor. The dryer makes a VERY LOUD screaching noise and the beds are not comfortable at all.

We booked this for a friends birthday. Loved the beach access and the condo. But if you’re wanting privacy this is not the condo. There’s no privacy.

describe the rental. Very clean . Love that it was on the bottom floor. Only problem was that the beds were so hard and had to call maintenance out to fix the AC two times.. overall state was amazing. Would recommend anyone to stay here and we will be staying here again.

This is the first time we have stayed on the bottom floor and we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean in the room. Very nice. Only complaint was the dryer had a horrible squeaking noise.

We had a great week. The location was the best. The condo was very clean. However, the beds were far from comfortable. The dishwasher door sounds like it is going to fall off when it is opened and the dryer has a loud shrieking squeak. The WiFi was terrible. We were very thankful that there wasn't a need to use the Tidewater elevator on a daily basis as it was beyond slow. The elevator had to be used for check-in and very few of the MANY guests on the elevator were wearing masks. Another complaint with Tidewater is that on one side only one of the two showers was working. So, this created quite a jam coming off the beach.

There were dishes that were dirty in the cabinets but we let everything slide because the condo was on the 1st floor and has easy access to the beach. All week people were spitting off the balconies and throwing items. The final straw was when we found the biggest roach in the bedroom.. after that we packed up and left. Won’t be back to this resort.

Perfection! Will definitly be back! Condo is amazingly beautiful and equipped with everything needed. You are practically on the sand as soon you open patio door. Everyone in my family absolutely loved it!

The condo was very nice and convenient being on the bottom floor. This was our
first trip without the men. Being on the bottom floor made it easy for us to get our grandkids and stuff to the beach. Love this condo and would definitely rent it again!

This 1st floor unit was a perfect location for our family. Maybe 15 steps away from the gate onto the beach, and right in the center between the two pools. We are a family of 6, us 4 plus my 2 elderly parent, and had plenty of room w/ 3 bathrooms. Overall great stay with the exception of beds and sleep acccomodations. In spite of the beds, we absolutely loved the location of this unit.

This unit was basically clean but offers no frills or extras. We didn't have any real complaints except the bed situations. The space that is designated for bunk beds, had a desk. Fortunately we brought a large blow up mattress, so we were able to utilize that space for sleeping. Both beds in the bedrooms were bottom of the line and extremely uncomfortable...especially the second bedroom. Both were unusually low to the ground. 2nd BR had cheap bedding that slid around if you sat on the bed or moved while sleeping. An easy fix to make a fully comfortable stay for guests. The pull out couch was typical. After first night found it was more comfortable to not pull it out, but sleep on the cushions. The white covered furniture and carpets were very stained and needed a good deep cleaning. Some very basic updating would make a huge difference.

Pools were basic, not huge and pretty crowded. They closed one of the pools last 2 days we were there. No one knew why. We love a pool but stayed mostly at the beach b/c of being crowded.

If you don't care about beds and don't need any extras, this is a great ground floor unit. :-)

Management company was pleasant and very accommodating. Also Pier Park is at your fingertips...with tons of restaurants, Target and Walmart for last minute needs.
