Tidewater 1102

The condo was nice, clean, and very spacious to accommodate all eight of us. If you all could add some more baking pans that would be a plus also one of the plugs in the master bedroom and one on the balcony doesn’t work. Overall I would stay here again but until Tidewater fix those elevators I’ll have to pass. We literally had to wait 15 or more minutes for an elevator.

This is a very nice condo. Love it. The only thing bad was elevator wsit.

The condo was very spacious for all eight of us. I didn’t like that you have to pay for a parking pass and wristbands. I’ve never had to pay for that with other condos so that was a negative for me. Please add more baking sheets to the kitchen inventory & check on the ice dispenser on the refrigerator also one of the plugs in the master bedroom doesn’t work and the plug on the balcony but overall the stay was great and the view was almost. Now if Tidewater would fix the elevators I would definitely book again but for now I would have to pass. I know it’s not your fault but they should have that fix.

Rooms were very spacious and accommodating, bed linens could of been better as one of the comforters had a tear in it and the extra pillows in closet, the covering was either dusty or dirty so didn’t use. Elevators were small and had to wait forever for one cuz several weren’t working but overall we had a nice stay.

This trip was a tribute for my daughter who passed away July 17th 2023. Upon entering the rental there was a fresh flower bouquet and a card from Four Star Condo Services. I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture.
The Condo was perfect. The cleanliness was exceptional. Thank you Four Star Condo Services for a wonderful place to stay. The view was excellent.

We loved the condo - there were 8 of us including my son, Michael Stratton and my grandsons Noah and Nate; my son, Justin Stratton and my daughter-in-love, Amber and grandchildren Mazie and River and me, Gran Gran. With 3 bedrooms we never got in each other's way. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. Our only concern was the slow elevators. We were on the 11th floor and we waited 45 minutes for an elevator to take us and our luggage up. Each time we went anywhere, the wait was at least 15 minutes. But, overall it was an awesome week and we hated to come back to the real world. I enjoyed spending time with all of my family-first time we were all together and I hope for many more trips to Panama City Beach - my happy place!

Tidewater 1102 was the perfect size for our family of 5 plus my parents. Other than the floors having a residue, that we expect from an ocean front condo, the unit was very clean. Our view was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need right down to a crockpot. It really is a fantastic unit & we will stay again. The only things that were a negative were how very slow & crowded the elevators are & the fact that you have to pay an additional $67 to get parking passes & wrist bands. The unit is just steps from the trash chute & a side elevator & has little to no outside noise, but just be prepared to wait a long time for the elevator & don't be surprised if it is full when it arrives & you have to wait even longer. Overall I would recommend this unit & enjoyed our family getaway.

We had a really great experience at room 1102! The room was spacious and accommodating for our stay! We had our family come stay with us for a few weeks, a good time was had by all! We loved the views of the Gulf and beautiful beach! Thanks!

Rental was great, had trouble with all the t vs but maintance man came an helped fix the problem. Only issue was the elevators took forever!! The wait is hard on little people an anyone expecting!! It’s just terrible on anyone!! Other than that it was awesome!!!

We stayed in #1102. Very nice place with the exception of all of the televisions not working. The elevators were very slowbut overall our stay was good.
