Tidewater 1109

The condo was beautiful and loved the 11th floor. Our only complaint about the condo is that the mattress needs replaced or turned. It felt as if we were rolling into the middle every time we got in bed. Other than that...we would for sure stay there again!!! We love tidewater resort!!!

Room was very nice and would highly recommend. The company was very professional. We just didn't love the hotel. We went during fall break time and the elevators were horrible. Because this is such a huge hotel it was just way too crowded for me. You had to stand in line every morning on the beach to get your free chairs and umbrellas but since you are not a "paying customer" you only got to sit in the 2nd or 3rd row. I just assumed whom we rented from were "paying customers."

We had a great experience at this property. 4 Star Condo kept us informed of any construction issues on the property and we were very happy with the property and the location. Thanks for a great vacation!

Room 1109 was very clean and very well stocked (dishes, pots & pans etc) The refrigerator could use and upgrade as you could not fit 2 liters in except in the door as well as milk. Only Roku TV, no cable. And to access most of the channels you need a pin number which is not provided. Overall the room was great. Very soft beds, Leather sofa, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Overall it was a great stay.

This is the perfect spot for a girls weekend! The water is crystal
clear which provided the perfect view of local
sea life. The beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental made our day at the beach easy and relaxing. There are so many amenities we could have easily stayed a week or more! I/we highly recommend renting this any time of year. You will NOT be disappointed!

We booked and stayed for a week. Just got back from our wonderful vacation. The Condo is Superb! From the decore to the layout and everything in between, it was a wonderful experience. It had everything we needed. It was super clean when we arrived. It has amazing views of the beach and ocean. Wonderful sunsets as well. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay. We would rent it again hands down. Our only complaint would be the bed was a bit uncomfortable. It definitely has been slept in a lot as when you get in you roll into your spots, it wasn't horrible but could have been better. But it wouldn't make it or break it for us to come again. Condo is as it appears. Nice, orderly and well thought out. Spacious and accomodating. Extras like a blender, books to borrow, and beach towels. Both kinds of coffee pots and nice nonstick pans. Location was perfect. Elavators are horribly busy so you need to strategize. For the owners: We fixed the oven door. Closet doors and Keurig maching need realigned/attention. Was surprised how dirty the floors were since there is a cleaning fee. (My socks were black first night there.) Hopefully that will be remedied.

This was a trip for my daughters 44th birthday. It ended up being just the two of us and we spent great quality time on the beach and in this wonderful condo! We couldn’t be more pleased with this condo, the comfort of the bed, living room furniture and overall cleanliness. My husband travels 2 or 3 times for business to PCB and hope to rent this condo again soon.

The condo was nice, equipped just as advertised. We had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the private balcony was huge!
The problem was with the elevators. 45 minute waits were not uncommon. They were very slow and very crowded as frustrated guest tried to squeeze on. We would get cleaned up for dinner only to stand waiting on an elevator for so long in the heat we would be hot and sweaty.
We tried the steps once but on the 11th floor that wasn’t an option. The only way I would stay here again is if it were off season or I was on a lower floor that I could take steps.

I would stay at this complex again although disappointed that they do not advertise that some of the unit’s a/c thermostats are controlled by the owners leaving you at their mercy for the room temperature. This is the right of the owner but should be disclosed to the renter. We complained multiple times although the owner would not lower the temperature at night below 74 degrees. Not reasonable at all in this heat. The EcoBee thermostat even showed notifications that the humidity was high, over 70% with the owners settings. I would recommend the property but ask questions on how the A/C is controlled.

The only issues we had were with the delayed elevators, the construction going on in the unit above us and the smell of marijuana. I won't be staying here again.

We loved the whole resort. It has multiple pools and several things to keep kids busy. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators were extremely slow and the wait for one was long.

This was my first time staying at Tidewater. The staff was very friendly and the condo was just as described. The amenities on site were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was just as shown in the pictures. What a view! Loved the accomodations and location. Close enough to the action but far enough away that is was fairly quiet and not hectic. Great beach. The biggest down side is the elevators. One set was not working so that made a difference. We were on the 11th floor and sometimes it just made sense to take the stairs. We love exercise so that was ok but we took bikes to ride and that didnt work taking the stairs. Definitely long waits around 9 to 10 , lunch and5 to 6. otherwise not bad. Overall loved the stay and would go back for sure. Loved this unit

We stayed Jan and Feb 2021. Very nice condo and Resort. Close to all activities we are interested in. A few issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Owner lives close by and that is a plus.
Very friendly resort and easy access to parking garage. Will be staying there again.

We couldn't have had a better condo for our week at the beach. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Check in was very easy. We were provided with all necessary codes for access to the condo and parking area. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was supplied very well. The staff was friendly. The views where absolutely beautiful.

Perfect for a family of six or less. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Zero complaints on condo. Tidewater elevators can be an issue. There were waits as long as 40 minutes. Outside of that, great resort.

Condo was comfortable and met our needs well for the stay. The kitchen had almost everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Everything functioned as expected. There was still some sand on the floor we had to sweep upon arrival but not a big deal. The management company was super helpful and very easy to deal with. I'd have no problem renting this unit again and will definitely book through Four Star again.
