Great view and the restaurant nearby (walking distance) was very cool with many choices.
The gym needs to be updated big time!!

Condo was very clean and looked just as nice as it did in the pictures. We loved the beautiful views every morning and evening. Beach chair service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect condo for a family of 4. It matches the feel from the pictures. Enough room for kids to sleep and parents to have some privacy. Wonderful balcony and love availability of beachchairs. We stayed in September and there was little wait for elevators which was nice. This may be more challenging in summer months. Overall, perfect we will be back!

We decided to take a last-minute weekend getaway for our 19th anniversary. We knew we wanted an available beachfront then and landed on Tidewater 1909. sometimes, the last-minute plans are the best, which was definitely the case for this trip. From the start, we booked and left a few hours later for our long journey to PCB. We have never booked a condo, so it was an all-around new experience. The management team was great, reaching out through email and text to ensure we had all the documents completed before our arrival to make things as smooth as possible, even when I goofed up some of the paperwork and needed to resign a few items. They did a great job of explaining what was needed and with a quick response.
The 1909 condo was great, from the decor to the amenities and the view. There is an excellent instruction manual that gives you quick tips and directions. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. All you need to do outside the beach is go down the road, go shopping, go to restaurants, and go to the pier. They also provide several coupon books and suggested activities in the area. Nothing beats waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee, watching the sea life swim by before beachgoers arrive. This condo is the perfect location for a great aerial view. We saw a manta ray, a cownose ray, dolphins, and a sea turtle.
As for the Tidewater Resort as a whole, we had great experiences. I know the condo and its management company have zero control over the staff and facilities outside the unit, but it's worth discussing. The brief interactions with the maintenance staff in passing, the front desk staff, and the elevator staff were great hospitality. Some visitors may complain about the elevator waits, but our experience could not have been better overall. We absolutely loved this place. It was in a perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants but most importantly the BEACH!! The place was perfect, just as described, clean, well maintained and had great amenities. The managing company was very responsive and friendly to work with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!!

Condo very nice, beautiful view of the gulf. The bunk beds definitely need an upgrade. Needless to say I wouldn't even let my kids sleep on them. Thank goodness for the pull out couch. The beach chair service was very nice and the extra beach chairs and cart came in very handy. Overall it was a great stay. The only major downfall is the elevator situation.

We had a great time. Condo was beautiful with nice amenities but the elevator situation is horrible. I’ll never stay there again because of it. There was no just going back up to the room to get something. It took at least 40 minutes just to get an elevator, ride it up, and ride it back down.

This unit was decorated so nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the 19th floor were beautiful! The reservation through Four star was very easy and I would definitely recommend them.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Check in and check out was seamless, all information provided by Four Star left no questions to be asked. Four Star was easy to contact when we had a question about working the air thermostat. I was very pleased to have a stress free getaway.

Beautifully furnished space with a great view. The master bedroom was a nice size and loved the floor to ceiling windows to view the gulf. The bunk bed set up was perfect for our kiddo and it was nice it had an adjoining bathroom. Also, perfect to be able to walk right out to the beach and not have to drive!

This is by far the best condo we've ever stayed in. The pictures show exactly what it looks like. The balcony is beachfront and we were able to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the waves. We would 100% recommend this condo and this will be our go to in the future when we come back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Tidewater. We have stayed at this resort 3 times and it's amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We always fell safe and the grounds are always keep up.

This was a nice stay. I did have some trouble with the AC on the first night, but I called the next day (I didn't want the owners having to pay an afterhours fee) and the rental company had someone out there within an hour or two. The unit having a washer and dryer was nice. I would recommend the rental company placing the welcome book somewhere other than under the coffee table. I found it a few days into our stay, and it would have saved several frustrations on my part because of the guides included in it. The doors to the balcony are very heavy (welcome for us as a family with younger kids) but that is also addressed in the guide. I'd like to recommend two other things- the sensors for the balcony doors leave little to no room for error, and while I understand the need for them, I would suggest moving their locations. Sometimes it is hard to tell if they are shut all the way from the balcony. Lastly, I think the floor throughout the whole condo needs a good deep clean and scrub. We are not strangers to the beach and sand being tracked into a condo but my 4-year-old's feet were black with dirt approximately one hour after a shower. All in all, none of this is anything that would deter me from staying here again. OH and the king bed, literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on!
