Tidewater 210

Property is as advertised. Room was clean and well maintained. I a little dated but comfortable.

We had a wonderful condo. It was roomy, clean, and had wonderful second story views. We didn't have to wait for the
elevators. We normally don't stay in high rises, but this was a last minute change by Four Star Condos and we were very happy with the switch. We would likely stay here again on our next vacation.

Great stay!

Tide water was amazing as always. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed. The only thing I can think of that was trouble, was the internet connection. The router was in a closet in the front bedroom and connection was really bad in the kitchen/living area.

Perfect vacation! Have stayed at Tidewater many times, first time in this unit. It was very clean, beautiful view and was very convenient being on second floor. Only thing we missed was the complementary beach chairs that came with the other unit we always rented. Have already booked our trip for next year so highly recommend!

Great condo on the beach with pools and gym. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Wifi isn't great.

Was a great stay. Location was excellent and the unit was good. Could have use upgrade of dishes and silverware. The throw rugs were pretty worn. Liked that I didn’t have to use the elevators

We had a great experience with this condo. The second floor location is SO convenient especially with small children. We didn't have to wait for long elevator times, we could walk straight over the walkover and be at our room, and if we forgot anything for the beach it was easy to go back. Everything was clean and just as described!

Beautiful condo in a great location. There was plenty of room for our 6 person party. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Check-in/check out process completely easy!! We never stayed at Tidewater before so this was a whole new process for us and I have to say I was absolutely pleased with everything!!

We loved the Condo, it was fabulous. Check in and luggage carts was a breeze.
The beach area was too congested for us.

Everything was great, clean. We loved the easy access to the beach plus we didn’t have to wait for the elevator.

Everything was as discribed. It was clean and in a great location for convenience. If I had a complaint it would be that this property is right at the elevator so it noisy at times. But over all it is a great property!

The process was smooth and flawless. The staff is very accommodating. The unit was perfect. We definitely want to stay here again.

The unit was so clean and nicely decorated. It gave off such a beach dream. The size was perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing. We will absolutely stay year after year!

The location was perfect for my mother . The condo comfortably slept 8 people.

Loved being on the second level. Tidewater is a great place to stay because of the restaurant, store, outdoor pool and bar all on site. It makes having all of these very convenient so if you need something you don’t even have to leave. Great condo look forward to coming back!

The condo is in a great location within a very large resort (no need for elevators) and close to Pier Park, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. The unit is well maintained and everyone has their own bed and bath. Perfect for our long weekend at the beach.

The views were great and the bedooms had newer bedding. The check in process was easy and friendly. This unit is in a great location to avoid the crowded elevatiors but is near the lobby so it can be noisy at times.
The condo is in need of a deeper clean. The rugs had quite a bit of sand still in them and the master shower floor is stained. The living room furniture is begining to show its age but was adaquate. Maintannce is needed for brokien tiles in the hall way and the master shower faucet leaks.

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. The 3 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. Everyone enjoyed their stay here.

Beautiful location. Room could have been a little cleaner. Sand and lint under end tables and couch. Very Cute and enough space for our family of 7. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We had the best time staying here! Rental was perfect! Two families (4 adults, and 6 kids) fit comfortably. The view was amazing!! We will be back!

We love Four Star and usually Tidewater 210. We have been coming six years straight and even have friends that use Four star now because I told them great things. Unfortunately this year was different. We had bugs and a lot of them. About and hour after we arrived a guy came to spray the condo with your typical Ortho Defense spray but said he didn't know of a problem, was just on his list to spray. Then it all started the roaches in the kitchen are crazy and everywhere. I called in but we never seen anyone and even had a burnt teen who was in the condo all day. We did our best with the situation. We had to throw all of our food out and once home had a company come spray just in case we had a straggler. To be honest this may be our last year here due to the bug situation and having the extra cost of food and the exterminator.

Location was superb. No waiting in ekeveatirs same floor as the crosswalk from parking deck. Nice clean room

This condo rental was exceptional! I had stayed at Tidewater previously on a different floor, and the elevator wait was so annoying! At this unit, you park in the garage, walk across the crosswalk right to the condo. No elevators!! Its beautifully decorated, stocked with absolutely everything you need for an extended stay, and a view that cant be beat. The beds were so comfortable!! We travelled with two little girls. The bunk beds were just right and it was amazing for everyone to have their own bathroom. We could not be more impressed with this unit. Any time we ever go back to PCB, this is ONLY place we will stay.

Our rental was just the right size for us. Everything we needed was there. It was nice and clean with great views.

We had a great time! We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. The employees were super friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The condo was perfect! Everything was just wonderful.

Our stay at tidewater 210 was great. It was very clean and very convenient that it was on the same floor as the walk over. With kids, that was very helpful no having to go up any elevators or stairs after we parked. It was awesome that pier park was so close, we were able to walk there on the beach. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Our rental was perfect, much more than we expected! Had the best spring break with a wonderful stay in 210. Wasn’t stuck in all the traffic but was less than 1/2 mile from all the action for the teenagers and still peaceful for the adults! We will be back to visit hopefully this same unit soon! Had a very home feeling although all the perks of vacationing!!

We had a great vacation. The condo was clean, convenient and perfect for the two of us. Four Star Rental has always met our expectations of a great stay in PCB.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and had what we needed. It had a great view of the ocean. We would stay there again.

The unit was larger than we expected and we were pleasantly surprised. It was perfect for 4 teens in walking distance from everything. Management was on top of everything promptly with questions & changing door code immediately when we arrived due to it not working. The only thing we did not like was the crowd on the beach. It was very difficult to find an open spot. We normally stay in more remote quiet parts of PCB so the crowd was a huge downer for my husband & I. The last two rows of chairs seem to be a waste of unused space on the beach & people had their big tents in all open areas up front by the water. It was frustrating. I think they need to come up with some kind of policy or plan for shared space. We didnt get to enjoy the beach the entire week due to rain but the crowd pretty much turned me off to going down on the beach the few times we could. Unit outstanding. View of ocean outstanding. View of beach eh...too many chairs steal the beauty. Staff extremely friendly. Banana boat/Jet ski people not so friendly.

The location was perfect! I did feel that the condo wasnt very clean especially in the bathrooms. Also, the dryer does not work very good. You have to wash your own towels and it took 5 cycles in the dryer before they were dry. So that part was frustrating. Four star condo services was great though. I called a few times with questions and the woman was always very nice and helpful.

We stayed in the same Condo complex that we stayed last year. We had a great vacation and loved being right on the water. Will most likely stay again next Octover.

The unit could use a little touchup and upgrade. The bathroom tub/showers could have been a little cleaner.
But, overall okay for the price and I would stay there again.

View Great. Did not like the high guest bedroom and high dining chairs. Near elevators used most. Positive and negative. Noisy, but close to walkover and going to other levels. Four star was great. Do not hesitate from renting from them. They respond quickly and take care of any issues promptly.

It was a great trip! However there are so many Tidewater beach chairs that it hardly allows for guest with children to be close to the beach in front of the complex.
