This rental service is the best we have ever used. We will definitely use them again when we come back to Panama City Beach! They were very helpful and followed up with us before and after our stay.

This condo had the cleanest floor of any I’ve ever seen on the Gulf Coast. Other than a few minor cosmetic paint issues, the unit was in great shape and suited the wife and I well.

Everything as pictured. Unit was cleaning building was nice and we had an amazing time. I’ve read reviews about this building and was scared but everything was perfect. Never ran in to and rude staff never seen any of the negatives I read in some other review online. Will definitely be using 4 star condo services again in the near future!!!!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect size for the 2 of us, a young family would also be comfortable. We liked that we were only 5floors up and we mostly used steps instead of waiting for elevator. Condo was clean and living room furniture seemed to be new especially the sofa and ottoman. Views from room or ocean, pool and road were great! Baseboards throughout could use a coat of paint but that is to be expected in a condo along the beach with a high volume of vacationers. We were very impressed with Four Star Condo company as they reached out to us night before we arrived to welcome us and see if we had questions we decided to stay an extra day and they were able to quickly check availability and assist us in order to make that happen. Friendly and helpful for sure and we appreciated that immensely!

Me and my husband stayed here for our yearly getaway. Room was great and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony over the pool and beach was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time would stay there again but we had to cut our vacation short because one of our dogs got sick and we had to leave 3 days early to go put him down

Great experience. Elevators are slow but overall we had a wonderful time.

We had a nice stay. The property is on the side of the building and you don't have a full view of the back of the property but you can see the beach and the pool. Inside the property I discovered the microwave panel was broken, the garbage disposal was not working, the iron was cracked, shower curtain was missing hooks, there were no stoppers for the sink and the pillow on the couch had a hole/tear in the back. I called and reported some problems and maintenance came and fixed the microwave panel and garbage disposal. There is no coffee table like the picture shows, there is a different couch and a chair, not two loveseats. We did enjoy the beach and the amenities. Loved the theater, indoor pool and the gym.

We had rented a townhouse in PCB for a full week and realized later decided we wanted to add 3 days but they wouldn’t allow us so we searched and found this condo which was perfect for the 4 of us. Many places won’t allow partial weeks but they did. The only issue we had was that there weren’t very many utensils

Tidewater is my favorite place to stay in PCB, the location of the condo was amazing you can view the beach, pool, and road from your balcony. The place was very spacious and I was able to be accommodated early check in last minute. The only thing about tidewater resort that I do not like is the long wait times for the elevators. All elevators for the property are extremely slow, this has a lot to do with the fact that the building has 30 floors but sometimes we were waiting for the elevator for 20+ minutes. Thankfully this room is only on the 5th floor and near the stairs so that is a plus. Above all the stay was great and I would recommend to others.

Overall we had a nice stay. Condo can take some updates. 5th floor is better than anything higher we did use the stairs a lot of times due to elevator wait. Tidewater is a nice resort our kids live the amenities there. Thank you Whitney for accommodating us and answering questions when needed

Pros: room is a corner room, so you're pretty secluded. There is a single elevator right at your room, but we ddn't notice a lot of nose at night. Location is just a couple of blocks from pier park.

Cons: pillows were paper thin and uncomfortable. Kitchen is not fully stocked; there wasn't anything to flip pancakes with. Bunkbeds were uncomfortable. Elevators are SLOW. Hotel did not enforce quiet hours since there were screaming kids in the pool close to midnight. The bathtub was very slow to drain and there was a lot of standing water when showering. Chair and couches were dirty and stained.

I would recommend this hotel, maybe not this room.

It was very clean, and had a beautiful view! The managers/owners of the room were SO helpful! We will most defiantly be booking with them again!

The view is perfect and the unit is located in the corner making you feel secluded. Oh but the elevators are horrible especially during these time (Covid), the wait for the elevators are not worth it and the walk up the stairs aren't bad.

Centrally located, beautiful views of the ocean & a view of the street activity as well! At night you could see the Farris wheel from pier park lit up!
