We enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location for families. The pool is very nice and the beach access was awesome. There were a few restaurants close by but if you’re looking for night life, you’re a good 20-25 min ride away. My only complaint is the beds were not comfortable at all.

Very nice Condo with lots of space for a family and very close to Pier Park. Brand new washer/dryer and A/C worked great! Four Star was quick to respond to a maintenance request and checked on us frequently--top notch! The condo could use a good paint job and update on the decor, but otherwise was perfect for us. But be prepared to wait on the slow elevators. It's on the 9th floor, but we still took the stairs a few times.

View was amazing, close to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious. One problem. ELEVATORS!! We had an elderly person who cant walk far and unfortunately she had to use the stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

The elevators sucks but we enjoyed everything else. The staff was very helpful.

The pools are NOT heated, weren't able to get in the whole week. The elevators were a joke. Half hour waits.The place was clean & very nice. The location is superb. Places to eat & shop in walking distance. The beach view was excellent. The staff & security was great. The elevators killed it for me as it wasted a lot of our time.

We love working with 4Star! Cleanliness is a must for us & I always clean more. 4Star makes sure we have all the equipment to make our stay easier. We love the location. PCB is fun & the 9th floor is not so high. We have plenty of room to entertain. Lonnie comes in for repairs & is always the gentleman who stays on task. The weather & our friends & the services bring us back year after year.

902 was our home for 4 1/2 months. We enjoyed the location. It is quiet, un-cluttered, and easy to maintain. There was always something happening in the water or on the beach to watch. We plan to come back.

The property description was accurate. The property definitely needs to be updated, i.e., painting, deep cleansing, etc. The unit has an apartment sized stackable washer and dryer. The lint catcher in the dryer was worthless and needs to be replaced. There were light bulbs missing from a few rooms and that issue was promptly remedied. The worst part of the stay were the elevators in the building. We had to wait from 10-30 minutes for an elevator every time!! And every time we got in an elevator, people were complaining about the slowness of the elevators. It was not a great situation at all.

Roomy, 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed in this unit before and it was really nice and well taken care of then. This year was a huge difference. The good is the view is great, the unit is spacious and lots of storage. However it was not clean, even after the maid returned she had to be told what to clean. Many broken items. We reported most to the property manager and they did send someone to fix things but it seems the unit did not get inspected before we rented. Price has gone up which would not have been an issue had we not had so many problems. Also the furniture looks good in the photo but needs a better cleaning or replace. Beds were fine, just the living room.
The other issue was the elevators which is not this owners fault. Tidewater needs to step it up as the same elevator was broken last year. The restaurant was also closed but that was a Covid issue.

The condo was in the perfect location. But it lacked in several areas. Our unit was nice and tidy but could have used some updates. Our patio was covered in soot and the furniture out there was broken and raggedy. The walls inside of our condo were grimy and could have used a serious wipe/paint. Ice machine was broken, and many of the utensils in the cabinet were dirty. There were also two leaks that we had to call about. These are issues I would expect from an average AIR BNB but not a place that is advertised as a 4 star unit with a super host. The most annoying part is that the price reflected something a little more high end. The elevator in the building was the worst part overall. They were always extremely slow and that was constant. There were several times we waited over 20 min to get on. There were several times we took the STEPS!! Other than these issues, this condo has the most beautiful view! Fridge is huge. Rooms and beds are comfy, spacious and accommodating.

I was afraid of the problems other vacationers stated in reviews about the elevators. Elevators were difficult during our stay of the busiest week of the summer, but were manageable. Cleanliness of unit was average as well as quality of furnishings. Overall a slightly above average stay due to the convenient location.

Lots of extra room in this condo! Enjoyed having 3 bathrooms with all the kids!

Our vacation was awesome! The condo was excellent and more spacious then we imagined. The view and location was beautiful! All the activities, shopping and restaurants were closely accessible. We felt very relaxed and had one of the best times ever! We will definitely return in the future and would recommend this place to our friends and family;)

This location was very clean, it was nicely decorated and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The staff at four star condo was also very friendly and very helpful, I emailed them a couple of times and they always responded super fast and answered all my questions. My over all stay was very enjoyable!! Will stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this condo. The condo was super spacious and clean! Common area was huge so definitely ideal for families with young kids.
