Tidewater 912

This was our third rental at Tidewater and we have a fourth booking for next November, all reserved through Four Star Condo Services. With each rental the reservation process was first class - simple to use and extremely efficient. We have only had to call on Four Star once in that period when a door code did not work and that was sorted within 10 minutes through a phone call. I cannot praise Four Star management services highly enough!
When we entered 912 Tidewater this year the first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean everything was. On further inspection we saw all equipment was modern and in top condition.
The master bedroom is large with lots of cupboard, drawer and closet space and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a huge sliding door onto balcony and wonderful view over the Gulf, a view shared with the lounge. Excellent bathroom and shower. The guest bathroom has less space but very functional.
The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with a good size TV.
A well equipped and functional kitchen with everything you could want.
The furniture on the huge 9+ metre balcony has changed from the original photo but the Adirondac chairs were comfortable and we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and sun.
The final comment about the condo is self explanatory - we have booked the same unit for a month next year.

The condo was immaculate and the view was great! Road construction out front, but that did not really impact our visit. The location is great for a family visit, in that it's away from the most crowded areas. Lots of restaurants and shopping, less than a mile from Pier Park.

Amazing beaches, great location and plenty to do in the area. The room was really nice and comfortable for 6 people.

Unit was very nice and clean. 4 star was very good about sending all the info you need to know ahead of time. The 912 unit is almost across from the elevators but down a short hall by itself so it’s easily accessible but you down have other guest walking right by your door. We would definitely consider staying here again

Four star is super helpful. They were able to help answer our questions each time we called and put us at ease for the checkin and checkout process.

The room was amazing and had everything you could need. The balcony view is spectacular and we saw dolphins from the balcony every morning and throughout day. Would highly recommend this unit. Elevators at resort are slow but unit 912 9th floor is not as bad as a wait as being up higher in resort. Was a perfect floor to be on.

The unit was everything we wanted. The beach service was spectacular. As you may read, the elevators were definitely slow and check in was very long. Check out was not as bad. If you can get past the elevator delays, this unit is definitely worth it.

Great room and views from balcony was amazing! Saw dolphins everyday from balcony and sting rays 1 day. Condo has everything you need and was clean. Only downfall of resort is elevator wait times

We had a very nice stay in unit 912. I will say the condo tidewater as a whole wasn't what we like. We waited a hour a few times for the elevators. They have to be the slowest around. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean. It had everything you need in to cook with. It had all your starter items like laundry soap, trash bags, bathroom items. The view from the living room and the bedroom was amazing. 4 stars answered any questions I had and they even called the day before to see if I had any questions and told me to reach out with anything I may need. I will definitely use 4 stars again to book through just at a different condo.

The overall stay was okay! It had a very nice view of the Beach. However, I was disappointed that the hot water was not working in the showers and the elevators took a long time due to it having31 floors.

No issues with the unit, very nice condo, but as others have said, inadequate number of elevators in the complex that led to ridiculously long wait times, sometimes exceeding 30 minutes

One week at this condo wasn't nearly enough! The view is just stunning. We ate many meals on the balcony to soak in the view. There are 6 charcoal BBQ grills on the property which were not mentioned on the listing-nice surprise! The free beach chairs and umbrella service is super nice. They assign them to you, and then they are yours for the whole day; so if you come back later, they are still yours. When the sun had moved and we were no longer in the shade, they came and adjusted the umbrella so we were in the shade again. The couches have been updated and look so nice. The bed is really comfortable, and the master bathroom has a lot of counter space. Tall ceilings too. The elevators were nice and fast, unlike many reviews that said they were very slow. We never waited more than a minute, and we were on the 9th floor. Loved the indoor theater which showed free movies twice a day. Can't say enough good things about this condo! Hope to come back again.
P.S. My husband is a pest control professional and saw no evidence of bugs or bed bugs.

I would like to start with saying that the staff was very friendly there.
However I did find a pill in the floor on the first mornin
g of being their that was for erectile dysfunction and reported it immediately (I have a toddler), they
said they would address it. The water filter never got changed in the refrigerator and the cleaning lady
showed up 1 hr before checkout. The seat cover on the love seat was also ripped and very uncomfortable.


Also the elevators there are awful during checkout especially!

Altogether a perfect place for a beach getaway. Tidewater was clean, there was never a “crowded” feeling on the beach or at the pool, and our condo was clean and had everything we needed. 5/5

Had an amazing time with just me and my girlfriend. Nice condo and very close to pier park. Comes with everything you need for a few days of relaxation and a getaway from reality. The beach chairs are a plus and the view is incredible. Check in was easy and not a single problem during our stay.

Had a wonderful time. Elevators were slow but other than that was great.

When we arrived the balcony door in the living room was broken, when we called they said they would send someone to fix it and they did not come. The elevators were a hassel and had to wait 30 minutes just to get on the elevator most days. The head of security, Angela Pittman, was extremely RUDE and yelled at us for no reason and even yelled at her employee in front us. The drawers on the bunk beds were broken, but the room had an ice maker and was clean.

Had a perfect week celebrating our 37th anniversary! Perfect condo and perfect location.. also celebrated my 55th and my husbands 58th birthdays. Will most definitely stay here again! Had an awesome week! I give this condo a perfect 5 ⭐️ review!

Beautiful place. The included church and umbrella were a nice touch. Had no towels in one bath that the management company instantly rectified when we called. Also had a company try to bring in new furniture that was actually for a different unit. Which leads to our only complaint. The furniture company had the code to the door and there is no deadbolt or other deterrent you can engage from the inside to keep people with the code out while you are there. There is security guards evident all over the property and the area seems very safe so we stayed but never really felt totally safe when we figured this out.

For the first day and a half could not watch t.v. Cause of the internet.

This place was perfect. The layout and set up worked out perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and not far from any resources needed. Grocery, take out, and some good seafood.
Yes the elevators can be slow but it’s a big place and some days and times it’s not that bad.

Every thing was perfect. I believe over priced, what I paid for 7 night most people I spoke too paid same price for a month and one morning an exterminator showed up at 10 am and had let himself in after he had knocked, I did not get to the door in time let himself in. We had no pre warning. Was not pleased

It was good overall.The day to check in there was a scary moment when desk clerk at Tidewater told the unit was "unavailable". Problem cleared up quickly by Whitney at Fourstar.

Clean and convenient condo with an amazing view. The only minus was rather long wait of the elevators (up to 20 min).

Everything was like it looked in the pictures. It was clean and very close to Pier Park. We enjoyed our stay and will use Tidewater again.

When we arrived the housekeeper was still cleaning on the room. When we went in it looked as the floors were still damp from being mopped. When we settled in and took our shoes off we soon found out that the floors were not swept before she mopped apparently because the floors were still covered in sand. My husband ended up sweeping the floors. Then on Thursday during our stay the electricity went out and was off for 4 hours. Due to a bill not being paid? It was fixed. All of the staff at Four Star was very helpful. Overall our vacation was wonderful.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in Tidewater 912, and as with the previous 2 stays, it was everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach.

The only issue this time was the extremely slow elevators in both the complex and the parking garage. I have never had issues with the elevators in the past, but this time it was sometimes up to a 1/2 hour wait for an elevator.

the bedroom and living room combined by balcony was priceless. beautiful location and condo. everything was in good shape aside from a broken toilet seat that they never came to fix for 4 weeks staying after letting them know.. but that's a small thing that didn't ruin our amazing time.

The unit was very clean and really beautiful. It’s on the perfect floor low enough to enjoy view of water and beach. But high enough to avoid people noises. We stayed during hurricane so spent all our time in unit and on balcony, enjoyed the place the Whole time.

Our annual mother/daughter trip to PCB was once again relaxing and fun and part of that was staying in this condo. It has all the amenities we needed, the parking garage is very nice to have (it helps keep your car cool) and of course the gorgeous ocean view from the living room and bedroom made it everything we needed. We will not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

We loved our room. We definitely had plenty of room and were very impressed with our stay!! Thank you for everything!!

It was a mother/daughter trip for me and my 26yr old daughter and this unit was perfect for the 2 of us. It was simply beautiful and we had everything we needed. Having our check in already taken care for us made arriving so much easier .... no standing line at the front desk. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

From the very beginning everything was a simple and seamless process. The property description was exactly as stated and the photos didnt do it justice as the owner had repainted it and it looked great. The location was close to everything and I would absolutely stay in this same condo again. The view as soon as you enter it is amazing and the double balcony was excellent. Everything was clean and neither my husban or I wanted to leave.

We had a great time and the condo was very comfortable. My grandchildren really enjoyed the beach, ocean and pool.

My family and I love Tidewater. We have stayed at Tidewater for the last 3 years. This condo was also great. Loved everything about our stay.

We had a great vacation at Tidewater. It is in the best location for walking to great local restaurants like Dusty’s oyster bar or The Sandbar. We even walked to Pier Park. Everyone should walk on the pier to watch the dolphins play.
We would definitely stay here again.

This condo experience was the best. The check in process was so smooth and easy. The condo is a great place to stay and view is phenomenal. The place is so comfortable and roomy. The view of the gulf speaks for itself and very beautiful.

I highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Panama City Beach!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and a favorite was to drink coffee each morning on the balcony which was huge!! The condo was also on the perfect floor as it was during the height of tourist season. The elevators were often occupied so we walked the stairs quite a bit. Tidewater Resort was also great to work with - very efficient, quick to respond to any issues, alot of amenities on the property such as indoor/outdoor pool, small eatery (didn't have a chance to check it out), and security was awesome!! Only problem with parking lot was the ceiling had height restriction so we had to take the roof turtle shell off and store on balcony - that was a real pain! Overall it was perfect!!!

I have been to Panama City beach many times . This is one of the best condos we have stayed in. Everything was spot on. I can't wait to come back . #912 was AWESOME
